I would've given it 5 stars, but my Riblets came out cold. They were still the best Ive had. Other than that, the drinks and our server were awesome!

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A RESTAURANT, I WAS THERE ABOUT THE SAME TIME THAT THE OTHER PERSON Kay leu was there this bartender her name is LAYTANYA, THIS GROWN WOMAN IS HORRIBLY HORRIFIC AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SHE DOESN'T NEED TO BE RETRAINED SHE NEEDS TO BE UNEQUIVOCALLY FIRED AND ESCORTED OFF OF THE PROPERTY!!!!!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND THE OTHER PERSON THAT I WAS WITH, THE PROFANITY THAT SHE WAS USING TOWARDS THE OTHER PERSON THAT I WAS WITH WAS UNBELIEVABLE, I THOUGHT THAT I WAS PUNKED AND ASHTON KUCUTER WAS GOING TO JUMP OUT WITH CAMERAS AND AN ENTIRE CREW!!!! SHE WAS DRINKING THE WHOLE TIME THAT WE SAT AT THE BAR!!!!! WHEN WE FIRST SAT DOWN AT THE BAR, MY CONVERSATION ALWAYS STARTS OFF WITH ANYONE, THE HOMELESS,,KIDS, ANYTIME I ENTER ANY BUILDING ARE "HEY HOW ARE YOU DOING, WHAT'S YOUR NAME!!!!" SHE NEVER TOLD ME HER NAME, THE ONLY REASON THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET HER NAME WAS BECAUSE IT WAS ON THE RECEIPT WHICH WE RECEIVED BEFORE ANY FOOD WAS BROUGHT OUT!!!! AS I WATCHED HER HORRIBLE WORK ETHICS AS SHE SUPPOSEDLY WASHED THE GLASSES FOR THE DRINKS,SHE UNSANITARLY DIPPED THE GLASSES INTO WHATEVER CONCOCTION THAT WAS IN THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK THAT WAS UNDER THE BAR, NOT ONE TIME AS I WATCHED HER EVERY MOVE DID SHE ALLOW AMPLE OR ENOUGH TIME FOR THE GLASSES TO DRY!!!! I SAW THE DRINKS THAT THIS BARTENDER PREPARED WITHIN THE GLASSES THAT WERE SUPPOSEDLY WASHED THEY STILL CONTAINED VISIBLY SOAP ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE GLASS!!!!! THE ONE DRINK THAT SHE USED THE SHAKER FOR, MAJORITY OF THE ALCOHOL WAS SHAKEN ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE AS SHE WAS SHAKING THE DRINK THAT'S WHERE MOST OF THE DRINK LANDED, SO WHOMEVER RECEIVED THAT DRINK IT WAS DEFINITELY MORE ICE THAN ALCOHOL!!!! SO I POLITELY PULLED ONE OF THE SERVERS NAMED KENDALL, NOW SHE WAS AWESOME AND SO VERY APOLOGIC. THE CONVERSATION THAT KENDALL AND ENGAGED IN NO ONE ELSE COULD HEAR!!! UNBELIEVABLY THIS BARTENDER LAYTANYA, RUDLEY SAID TO ME,"YEAH WHILE YOU TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT WHAT'S WRONG IN THE RESTAURANT,GO AHEAD AND CALL SOMEBODY!!!" I NEVER USED ANY TYPE OF PROFANITY TOWARDS THIS BARTENDER, BUT I TOLD HER THAT I DON'T NEED TO MAKE A CALL, I AM THE CALL!!!!!! THE VENTILATION THAT IS ABOVE THE BAR IS HORRIFIC, THERE IS SO MUCH DUST AND DEBRIS BLOWING ALL OVER THE BAR, THE GLASSES,THE STAFF, THE PATRONS AND DEFINITELY WITHOUT A DOUBT THE FOOD!!!! THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT WAS A GARBAGE CAN!!!! THE ONLY REASON THAT I STAYED WAS BECAUSE I SAID TO MYSELF THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY HELP, BUT TO MY DISMAY, I WAS SADLY MISTAKEN, THIS BARTENDER IS HORRIBLE,THEN BECAUSE SHE WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO ME I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, I STILL NEVER USED ANY PROFANITY TOWARDS HER!!!! SHE BASICALLY STARTED AN ALMOST BRAWL AND A BACK AND FORTH BICKERING MATCH WITH THE OTHER PATRONS, THESE PEOPLE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT SHE AND I WERE INTO!!!! THERE WERE SO MANY GNATS FLYING AROUND THE BAR IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!¡ THE CITY NEEDS TO SHUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOWN, BECAUSE THE STANDARDS THAT I OBSERVED TONIGHT WAS NOT I'M SURE THE ETHICS OF APPLEBEE'S!!!!!! SO SAD, TO BE TREATED THAT WAY IN FRONT OF OTHER PATRONS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH THIS COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE!!!!!

To the bartender that worked on the night of Saturday March 30 ,2024 … next time if you’re going to be stupid enough to steal a tip don’t just steal $2.00 next time go big & take $200 since your going to be considered a thief either way!This is one of the worst locations. It smells like old mop water when you walk in, the customer service sucks, the food was cold & tasted old & took forever. Plus they steal tips if you don’t give them one.

We had a very nice waitress. We were a party of seven and she was very attentive. This restaurant was out of wings, salad, pasta, mayo, ribs, and more, but I just ordered the spinach artichoke dip since the salad was not an option.Our waiter was very apologetic that they were out of so many things. However, she promised to take good care of us, and she did. If it wasn't for her great service, my rating would have been one. How does a manager allow food to run so low that you run out of essential items smh I have never experienced multiple items being unavailable in a restaurant. I hope that issue is resolved asap.

Cascade rd location - A 20 minute wait turned into an hr and a half because after you have to go find the host because he stays in the back. He said there is one Manager and one cook. When you ask for her. And the servers need to catch up. Also, the servers are terrible don’t even know tables. You can barely get a water at the table. The manager sent the host to ask how you are doing at the end? Smh never again.

I come to this establishment n told it was a 10 minute wait get seated n been sitting here 30 minutes not one person walk up to assist me n my daughter n why the manager sit at a table drink a drink not realizing we been suiting here 30 minutes I ask the host for the manager he said hold on she precedes to continue walk n talk to other ppl then coming to address my wait time
I stood at the door for 10 minutes. No employees in sight to greet the customers or seat us. The experience at this location gets worse every visit. This was my last time ??
