Normally my family and I always go to Applebees. We decided to try this one since it was close to my husband work. Food was good, but service wasn’t good. Took about 15mins to get my beer and my husband drink. I get under staff but the place was practically empty. Our server did take long for everything. Not sure if she was new or just didn’t want to wait on us. Wasn’t the friendliest atmosphere. Overall 2 stars is what I give the Atlanta Applebees.

Late-night visit around 10 PM and the whole experience was disappointing. Our drinks came without ice and no explanation. I ordered a salad that didn’t list cheese on the menu and a Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned the server had never heard of. After 20+ minutes, she came back to say the bar didn’t have the bitters to make it. When the food finally arrived, my salad was covered in cheese (I’m allergic), and the remake I asked for to-go was sparse and sloppy. My husband’s chicken Alfredo had no broccoli because they were out. The women’s restroom wasn’t clean, the hostess was unfriendly, and the whole place felt depressing. We won’t be returning.

Friday night. About 15 customers there. Took 20 minutes to get a table. With a 2 & 4 year old that's difficult . After ordering we got 0 napkins or silverware, we eventually got plastic ones. Our server came by 3 times. Maybe there under staffed ?

Ordered food 1 hour and a half ago. When arrived came inside still waited another 1 hr to get food. No one in store to greet when arrived. Only person seen was bartender who was slow at what she was doing as well. A woman left after ordering just wine due to how slow it was. No manger in view greeting or walking through. Unsure of what was going on at this location.

Stale chips or old grease used with spinach dip, returned 1st order , came back with hot chips but still horrible taste. Got breadsticks, entrees arrive with soup no spoons asked for one and server said yes sir and completely ignored me. Entrees seemed like leftover food especially my fettuccine. Not my best experience
Decent food. No complaints. The service was good. He did a great job. Manager greeted us.

OMG!!! Do not go there. The place stinks like old standing water. Which I think they cleaned the tables with. My utensils were very dirty! The server offered me plastic but I just wanted clean cutlery. The service was incredibly slow. All the servers and bartender were extremely nonchalant. To add insult to actual injury, I took my leftover food with me. I picked a piece of chicken up with my fingers and ate it. No big deal right? Wrong. I started to feel a bit sick. What could be wrong I thought. Immediately I remembered that I had just left the place and I hadn't washed my hands from touching the table and I put food in my mouth. Been dealing with a sore throat ever since. I'm a chef and I can't remember what the illness is called when you clean with dirty water. Not feeling good. Won't ever eat there again. Been taking stuff all day to nurse myself better and to keep this from getting worse. So far, baking soda, B12, orange juice and I have the leg up. IF you go there and it smells sour, turn around and leave.

The food was great, the place was clean. It was busy but that was because there was a game on. I only had 2 problems.
1) I ordered one regular drink and also one of their mixed drinks. I got my regular first, that was fine, but then we got our appetizers almost 10 minutes later and still no mixed drink. I didn't get the mixed drink until we had almost finished the appetizers. I understood there being a slight delay on the food because it was busy, but why did my mixed drink take almost 15 minutes? And why didn't the serve at least acknowledge the long wait? He just dropped it off and left.
2) The server's personality was fine, but he kept checking on all tables but ours. He at least checked on us when he was bringing our food, but after that we were lucky to get a refill and we ended up having to wave him down to get our check when we were done even though he walked back and forth by us multiple times with our empty plates on the table.
Even factoring in the business, all I'm going to say is I've been at Longhorn Steakhouse during dinner rush on game night and got better service.
I'll definitely be coming back, but if he winds up the server again I will be asking to be sat in another section.
