Apparently this is a new establishment. The staff seemed to be disorganized. The quality of a good server, having been one, is to always scan your tables. Your customers should never have to summon you. If they are not looking at their food or members of their party the server should immediately catch their eye to see if they need something. I've visited Apron several times, and each time the experience has been just okay. The restaurant often seems understaffed, and while the food is decent, there's nothing particularly memorable or standout about it. On my most recent visit, I brought my one-year-old and was surprised to find they do not accommodate young children—no high chairs available and no changing table in the downstairs restrooms.
