Arbys is one of my favorite places as well. The food was fresh, tasty and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the customer service was impeccable.

While Arbys will continue to be one of my favourite fast food chains, something about the taste of these sandwiches wasn't quite right. My daughter didn't finish her sandwich, saying it tasted weird. I tried it and it was a bit off. The curly fries always a hit, and I always love their sandwiches.

This is the worst arby I have ever been in, I asked for the 2 for 6 roast beef sandwich and fish, at 2-10-24 about 3pm the supervisor, manager was very rude said we don't do that down here, we are a franchise, How was we suppose to know that but she had a nasty attitude very bad customer service we would never go in there again, that's what in said on TV 2 for 6 , like we said the manager had a nasty attitude

It’s a Friday night and the dining room is closed because there is only 2 workers there. The Tea taste like it been sitting in the sun all day. My sandwich was thrown together and looked like it had been tossed out of a moving car before given to me. The worker was very impatient. Overall the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to.
Outstanding customer service. So rare that you are greeted with a warm smile and friendliness. I can’t say how much that matters these days.

Please avoid Arby’s at CNN center downtown Atlanta. I believe they switched owners. The quality of the food has dropped. I would suggest going someplace else.
