Tried the new fried turkey sandwiches and don't like them. It wasn't clear that they put that nasty fake cheese on the sandwich and then also mayonnaise. Mayonnaise on a sandwich with dressing is disgusting.

This was a good experience. I chose to go there because it was close to work. And I only had a small amount of time. The service was very efficient as soon as I ordered. The work food was ready.Unfortunately, it is arby's, and so it is what it is. I worked at arby's 35 years ago, and I do recall having better standards, making my food. The meat would be sliced thinner because that was regulations. And we did not skimp on the sauces

The coke was off, and the food was cold. I had to remind them that I ordered a shake. The worker was very nice.
You need to mention when you're out of something and not just replace it with another item. The cheese sauce...I would not have gotten this sandwich if I knew you didn't have it. I also I tipped $6 just to be kind of lied to. I needed my comfort food today and I'm pretty sad/disappointed. Drove 20 minutes and spent $20 ($13 of actual food). Waste of time and money.

I tried the Angus cheesesteak that everybody was bragging about on TikTok and it was trash. The meat taste like it was boiled in water and then they just put cheese on it and like three bell peppers also when they made me pull to the side to wait on my order, the person brought my order without my drink, and at first they said they ran out of Coke zero but proceeded to give me a Coke zero anyway. I asked for no ice they proceeded to put ice in it anyways. That’s usually not such a big thing to me, but it was the lack of professionalism that irritated me. Also, why was it $26?
