(Feb 1, 2025) Went through the drive through. The woman asked me to pull up and wait for the fries, then forgot about my order. Then when I went in 20+ min later to find out what was up, she said "so sorry, I forgot -- so sorry, so sorry, here's extra food", then gave me my order without the dessert I had ordered. When I pointed this out, another round of "so sorry, so sorry, here's an extra cookie". I didn't care for the extra food, but whatever.
Then when I got home I found they'd given me two marinaras instead of a marinara and a ranch, as I explicitly asked. She confirmed the ranch when reading out the order back to me. But then they ignored it when handing me my order.
On the plus side: the food wasn't too bad. (Got curly fries, mozzarella sticks, apple turnover.)

Saturday was *rough*, but Amy at the Arby’s drive-thru? **SHE WAS EVERYTHING.** My mom and I rolled up craving comfort in the form of their always-delicious Hawaiian Fish Sandwich Deluxe, and Amy’s vibrant energy and radiant spirit instantly lifted our moods. She greeted us like we were old friends—her positivity was *exactly* the sunshine we needed to turn our day around.
Not only did she make our order seamless (shoutout to that crispy, flavor-packed fish sandwich!), but her infectious laugh and genuine warmth felt like a hug through the speaker. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better… **Marcel** came sprinting out with my mom’s forgotten apple turnover before we could even realize it was missing! His quick thinking and hustle? *Chef’s kiss.*

Very upbeat atmosphere to be working on Thanksgiving . Just passing through but . The manager put a smile on my face with the mozzarella sticks. I enjoyed my meal 😊.
Took my money for a mobile order and refused to make food at 11 PM when both the app and store say they close at midnight. The employee admitted she shut off the friers to get off early despite the store supposed to be open

Drive Thru 8/13/24 around 9pm - asked to pull up no one was in front - waited over 20min - closer to 30 - so I finally went inside to get our order - cheeseburger & buffalo chicken wrap combos, order of mozzarella, water, potato cakes and slider w cheese … slider only had cheese no meat, potato cakes were old and mozzarella missing - not a good experience at all

Pulled up to the drive through at 11:12 pm there was multiple cars in the drive through the car in front of me pulled off I pulled up to the speaker and said hello never got a answer I sat for a few minutes still nothing pulled to the window and the lady act like she didn’t see me so I beeped my horn and she said they were closed they close at 11 on Sundays but it clearly says 12 on the website then instead of coming on the speaker and saying they are closed she let a line full of people just sit there which I don’t really think they were suppose to close at 11 just unprofessional definitely won’t return to this location poor customer service!
