I came to this location on Friday 10/3 and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. 3 hours later I was terribly sick, throwing up and etc. Arby’s was the only thing I had that day so I’m certain it was from here. They must’ve had some bad meat or something.
I like to start off by saying I come this location 2 times a week close home. Every visit is getting worse. The front counter guy jaydon never up front and the others will not take your order including the manager. When jaydon does take your order there no customer service at all not even eye contact. His seems hate his job is aways rude and unprofessional. The food cold half the time and the girl manager don't even care. This places needs new staff including management. Being a fast food manager before myself I know it alot and overlook alot but this not was Arby's is about.

they suck they can’t even answer the phone.i ordered delivery and needed honey mustard since i can’t add it online. tried calling maybe 8 times? so i drove up there. waste of delivery already. i get there and i asked the lady straight to her face do your phones work? she said no. i called on the way out and it rang as i looked at them standing around on their phones. lmao. trash service lazy workers i wouldn’t order from here again.
