This used to be our favorite Arby's till that day when this Caucasian girl she was making our sandwich and we forgot to ask the cashier for wheat bread due to health issues so we asked her and she gave us the most nasty and eye Rolling gestures that I ever in my life went through she took our food and had it sitting on the side getting cold while ahe making 6 burgers when she finally decided to give us our food she slammed in the counter and started laughing it was 4 managers there they didn't do anything they were sitting down letting her talk to me and my husband any kind of way it was a female with them with a McDonald's shirt she even started telling us things we ask for our refund back and never again coming back to that place.

Strange vibe here. The manager saw me walking to the soda fountain so he ran to cut me off and then he took forever to get a drink. Then I went to get some napkins and there were none. Then the lady handed me my food and I said thank you and she continued gossiping with one of her co-workers like I wasn't even there. I finally got some napkins after a few minutes while I waited for the employees to stop chatting in the back. All the employees here just seemed extremely miserable. I'd be miserable too if my manager was a sociopath.
Ate hear recently during a lunch rush (wasn't paying attention to the time), and the staff moved pretty promptly to get people's orders in and taken care of.
While the line is bent weirdly (you place your order on one end of a long counter, getting your food on the other end, but the line forms where you pick up your food), the wait wasn't long and the staff were helpful when I customized what I wanted.
There was a decent amount of seating and staff were keeping the area clean and tidy.
All in all, if you want Arby's, this is a good Arby's to eat Arby's.

Will Never order from Arby’s again through u door dash. My meal was completely wrong, Im allergic to onions & tomatoes and they still put it on my sandwich.Cold food on top of that and suppose to made fresh to orders, milkshake was melted and didn’t even get my drink with my meal. Waited all day to eat and I get that bs. It takes one time to take my business somewhere else. Thanks Arby , from ruining my experience.
