Shakenna was such a beautiful person to order from! I have to order a lot of fast food right now due to just being in remission from cancer (yay!, but also boo). It's hard to cook for myself and have motivation to do much. I finally went through the drive through vs. Ordering through doordash and she was a saint!! This wasn't the first time she has served me either. Any time I come here, she just radiates happiness. I can't put my finger on it, but she's great....

2021 original: Fast and exactly what you'd expect from an arby's.

2024 update: slow and not at all what I'd expect from an Arby's. Cold food (was a pickup order that took 30 minutes past the pickup time to receive), rude employees, not great value, largely inedible due to how long it had been sitting out. Just go to the Taco Bell or Chick-fil-A nearby, you'll have a better experience. Really a shame, this Arby's used to be good

Went to the deive through Mr kildrick took care of us and honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced very personal and professional and had made a friend in 30 seconds, you guys have a gem in this guy, I'm telling everyone to go to this Arby's just because of him
