Everytime that I have been there, the service was great and fast. The did tastes just like it's supposed to and their jamocha shakes are perfect. Not runny and not too thick where you can't pull it through the straw.

The food is great. I wish they would bring back the spicy three pepper sauce that was my favorite to dip my curly fries in and put on my beef and cheddar sad they took it away 😞

The staff are always super friendly and pleasant! The quality of food is usually acceptable but for some reason they can't get potatoe cakes right 🤔 They are warm at best and usually they seem to be re-cooked. A HUGE disappointment as that product keeps me going back to Arby's.

Mozzarella sticks were good and fresh. Everything else in my order was trash. Meat was not fresh and they put a horrendous amount of sauce on the sandwiches to cover up how nasty it was. A waste of 32.00. Will not be back.
