I just left the drive thru at 5:50 pm which I order French Dip and Swiss Meal. Employee in Drive Thru name Terrence per receipt. When I got to my destination I grab my bag and it started leaking the Au Jus all over my pants. Evidently it was close properly which resulted to it spilling on my pants. I’m very upset. This is unacceptable. I’ve attempted to call but the phone just rang.

Uber eats order sent by my bf as a gift or I would give one star.Fish sandwich hard way too much tarter sauce fries cold hard like day old fries just despicable... Dirty grease and too long hold times is the only way this happens so much salt, I'm not even sure the quality of my blood after this horrible horrible bag of trash y'all should really be ashamed.

I was the only one in line and there should have been no reason that my fries were cold. I asked for root beer and got Dr Pepper. The employees have absolutely no get up and go about herself in the window. She act like she did not want to be there, or wanted to serve anything to the public.

Don’t order DoorDash or Uber eats from here. My receipt has three items on it. A sandwich, fries, and 7 ketchup packets. It came with no ketchup so I’m in a hotel with no condiments and a dry/cold sandwich and fries.

Waited out front, and the employees had a great conversation, and finally, someone came out. Wait 25 minutes or more for our food. Once received, order fries were cold, and I asked for hot fries and asked if I was walking. Why should that have made a difference. I like hot food and I do have a car and was driving. Will not be going back.

Closed lobby. Well I drove over but have to go in because my van doesn't fit at their windrow. They have their lobby closed so I gladly went somewhere else and spent my money there. Dumba$$3

I was taking some Thai co-workers to the Atlanta International Airport to go home. On the way back we had to refill the rental car's ? gas tank & next door was this Arby's. They asked, "where can we get lunch"? I pointed to the Arby's because it would be quick & delicious. They had never eaten at an Arby's & all 5 said it was very good. I had my 2 roast beef sandwiches 3 of them joined me but had 1 with double meat & the other 2 ordered the chicken sandwich all with curly fries & a drink. They were happy ? as was I
