I come here almost every day and stopped for a few weeks. I get the same thing for the most part and it’s like sometimes they feel like working and paying attention. Sometimes they don’t, and it’s annoying. This day they didn’t. 2 people spoke on the drive thru and repeated that I wanted cheese on my sandwich. OF COURSE MY SANDWITCH HAD NO CHEESE lol. Then I asked for light ice, seems like I got extra ice. What’s the point of being able to add modifications if you’re just gonna make the order how you want?

service is painfully slow. we go weekly and 9 times out of 10 have to wait 20 minutes and will often get the wrong order or incorrect changes. avoid this location. the management needs to be reevaluated and changes need to be made. The staff is slow slow and takes no accountability. Horrible service.

I ordered a turkey ranch and bacon and specifically said no tomatoes because I’m allergic, I left the store, when I got home….it had tomatoes on my sandwich. Yes, I should have checked it, because people are incompetent, but I was in a hurry and I was the only one there, how hard is it to read? I talked to the manager, Keshawn Thompson, (I think. It was hard to understand his name,) and he was unless I came back up there, which I couldn’t do, there was nothing to be done even though all he had to do was ask me to provide the last four of my card and he could have processed me refund. I smell a lawsuit against Arby’s coming soon….

Food has been fine for this Arby's, don't normally go there for food just the shakes. Went through the drive through to get a shake. I get welcomed with a nice hello welcome to Arby's when I get the the window. After that the intercom goes silent for a solid 5 minutes. I say hello about three times no response. Finally someone behind me asked if they are interacting with the customers. I reply that I've been waiting for a reply and then boom. The lady on the other end blows up on me saying she's been waiting on me. Which wasn't true but maybe she didn't hear my hellos or is someone going to take my order while a line stocked up behind me. Anyways this is my only review and felt I should share one of my experiences with this location. Most of the time it's fine just a little slow. But the lady who was on the intercom at 2:40pm on 07-06-23 doesn't need to be talking to clients unless it's face to face. Thank you for your time

Well first of all I hardly ever leave a bad review unless I think it's 1 absolutely needed. At first they couldn't hear me at window over intercom saying just a minute please so I think they were being snappy thinking I was but I even said I'm sorry just a minute, then before pulling up to the window I asked for aside of ranch for my turkey bacon ranch sandwich because I knew it wouldn't have any. He says just pull to the window. Then when I get to window to pay I'm told I can't pay with a $100.00 hundred that they can't accept that, so my gf has to pay and all she had was a 20. Then after that attitude I still apologized again for not being able to be heard at the window and no response. She checked her food and he didn't give her any ranch so I asked for extra ranch that's on the sandwich he comes back with ranch in a pack for salads. She says again no I need the ranch that comes on the turkey sandwich. He pauses rolls his eyes and walks off he's on his cell phone at the window then someone else comes back with the right ranch said thank u and I'm sorry again he says ur welcome It's ok. Then she opens it and she's always loved these sandwiches and it barely had any turkey. She still ate it but had to put all extra ranch on it. Must've been an off day, maybe

I've been coming to this location for a few years. I always get a classic roast beef add lettuce sub onion roll. I've been happy with it. So I go through the drive through and the guy tries to charge me over $6.00 for a $4.85 sandwich. I tell him no it normally $4.85. After a delay, I get a sandwich... no lettuce, no onion roll, no receipt, no napkins. I kindly come back two days later only to have the assistant manager say... sorry. Nothing I can do for you. Well, I'm sure they do t care but this regular customer will not be coming back... EVER! It's called customer service. I've been in the restaurant business for 23 years. It's very simple. You give me the sandwich I ordered. Good bye
