LAST time I went there for a burger, it wss not fresh. Today burger was hard and not freshly made. Because I was in a hurry (lunch time) I ate it anyway. On my way out I told the manager burger not fresh. He answered "Oh ok" turned around and left. And he heard me very clearly. Expect this service and food when you go there....

Came in around 4:30pm today to order buffalo sliders and fries. After standing in line for so long, I finally asked if someone was going to take my order. The shorter heavy set black woman said yes someone will eventually come take your order although she herself was not doing anything. The next person finally comes out and doesn’t greet or acknowledge me. Instead turns to the customer behind me to ask if they had placed an order. I left. Will definitely not be coming back.

I had to repeat my order numerous times and I asked to have lettuce and tomatoes added to my sandwich. When I got to the window, I repeated my order and asked if they put the lettuce and tomatoes on and the employee said yes. Well when I got to my destination and opened my sandwich... guess what was missing? Lettuce and tomatoes.
