Two other locations I used to frequent have shut down, gone out of business. This is all I have left. Seems like a good staff... Overcooked potato cakes is my only complaint thus far. btw, I tried to call about that but, like most every place of this sort, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I don't understand why more people don't eat Arby's.

I was trying to pickup an online order Arrived at 9:50pm and the had already locked the lobby and put cones in the drive through behind a car. The app and door clearly showed closing as 11:30 pm. Since no one came to the door and I had a payed order I joined the driver through and moved the cones. Some worker not in a uniform came near the car waving and making the slit your throat signs. No one created at sign board and when I got to the window the girls first worrds was were closed. I explained I was picking up an online order. She said ok hold on and came back a few minutes later with my food. I mentioned they showed open until 11:30 on the app and door. She proclaimed I know but the work crew instead we shut down early. To make things worse the fries they gave me were leftover small pieces that were cold and the box was half full. The sandwich was barley warm.

Curly fries with that rotten potato taste that is all too common in fast food these days and reheated/refried fried cheese. Roast beef sandwich was ok. Do better! Stop sticking customers with your waste. Too worried about internal metrics as opposed to serving your customers. Tired of paying for food I can't eat.

Came here a Friday around noon for the first time to try that steak bowl being advertised. Mines was horrible burnt and dry. I drove 30 mins and paid 15 bucks for dried out burnt steak that's probably been in the warmer for hours. That mac n cheese was good. But the steak was more like beef jerky. Probably won't ever go back
It seems that they've changed the recipe on the sliced roast beef. It doesn't have the same quality that it used to have. I also try their Philly cheesesteak sandwich and there was very little meat on it. I think the restaurant there on Hammond drive is cutting corners. This was about 2 months ago when I was there
