I had to repeat my order numerous times and I asked to have lettuce and tomatoes added to my sandwich. When I got to the window, I repeated my order and asked if they put the lettuce and tomatoes on and the employee said yes. Well when I got to my destination and opened my sandwich... guess what was missing? Lettuce and tomatoes.

Slow drive-thru took forever just to get my meal, the cashier took my card for payment and literally had it like 10 minutes instead of swiping it and handing it back to me immediately like every other restaurant does. They shouldn't be doing that and holding onto customer cards. Then after waiting all that time my food was barely warm, chicken sandwich looked and tasted old, and the fries looked like a small, barely was enough to eat. I also had to ask for ketchup and didn't realize there were no napkins at all in the bag until I got home. Terrible customer service, and food. Fast food restaurants are charging way too much now for mediocre food and service.

This location consistently delivers great tasting food and has very friendly staff! Shawn was especially helpful! I have been back many times to try several of their amazing sandwiches.
The service is quick, but I asked for no red sauce on my sandwich and it still came with red sauce.

I wasn't happy with my Ultimate BLT sandwich today. I hate it when restaurants aren't consistent. Specifically, I have ordered this Ultimate BLT for many years now. Today, the bread wasn't fresh, and the little bacon I did have was fatty and wasn't like the thick peppercorn bacon I'm used to getting. There was nothing "ultimate" about it. I didn't complain because I was hungry, so I just ate it. Do better Arby's!!

Not bad but could’ve been better. Staff was nice and sandwich was good. Ordered a large fry and they didn’t fill the cup. Arby’s usually has the best fountain sodas but the syrup content of this location is so low it’s almost tonic water.

We hit them in the middle of a lunch rush ,they were swamped with inside diners as well as full drive through and several delivery drivers picking up orders,we still received prompt service and hardly waited for our food .Great food for a fast meal.
Management, please talk to the night crew that worked here on February 6th around 10:45pm. They were extremely dry, and when we got our order, we were missing straws, napkins, and sauce that we requested. We couldn’t go inside because the doors were locked so we had to go through the drive thru again.The guys in there acted like they didn’t want to serve us or nothing! They just gave us what we needed & shut the window without saying anything. I know it’s late, & they’re probably exhausted but sheesh. Being kind doesn’t take much at all.

Let me start by saying that Shawn, the employee that took my order provided phenomenal customer service. He was friendly and really enjoys what he is doing. When he handed me my food he ensured I had my tray and made sure to tell me to enjoy. . The food was good.
