Came from outta town to enjoy the weekend in Atlanta. This place was at the top of my list to visit. Baby when I say it was TRASH!!! I’m going to trash them every chance I get. I’m always visiting Atlanta and enjoying myself. This place tainted my visit. 1. We had reservations for 2:30. Arrived at 2:25 to the door being locked. 2:45, door still locked. This was after we paid $50 to lyft here. After a while, we see someone walking pass and knock on the door. They let us in and advise us they’re not technically open yet but we “May as well come in”. Chile whet?!?! Our server didn’t even acknowledge our reservations and told us to sit “wherever”. The experience and service was beyond GHETTO. Our server had on house slippers and had 0 customer service skills! Atlanta’s WORST. My fiancé and I ordered food and a lemon drop. We received the wrong drink. We ended up cancelling the food and making reservations for SLUSH where we ALWAYS have an amazing time. The owners of Area 4 need to reevaluate their business model and employees ASAP!! ????

I made reservations for 12p for today for my birthday and when I arrived no one was there and it says they are open online. I am very unhappy especially since I drove an hour along with 5-6 other people joining me from out of town.

Showed up 45 minutes early to make a 12 pm brunch reservation, get out of the car only to be told they won't be opening for another 1.5 hrs at least. Worker unapologetic about the situation but wasn't rude in delivery. Got the impression this happens often. Me and a good 15-25 other people, unrelated to my party with reservations as well, turned around. No notes on the door and the workers saw a parking lot full of patrons 30 min prior and made no moves to notify people so they wouldn't continue to waste their time.

I didn't even get a chance to go in! Booked for my birthday at 8p. Get there, doors are locked & the number listed states it disconnected. You can hear the music outside and it's 2 cars in parking lot. Not to mention this place is hard as hell to find. If you know... you know. Looking for somewhere else to go as I type.

If I can give 0 stars I will. If you come there as a group regardless if half of the party is there you won't be seated til everyone arrives. That wasn’t that big of a deal, lets begin by saying its hard to get anyone to answer the phone to this establishment, customer service is not what you want to go there for. The DJ was good, the crowd was hype, the food was ok, and thats where the positive things ends. During Sunday Brunch where it seemed to be extremely busy, there was no tissue in women's restroom, the waiter barely did his job and kept forgetting what we ask for, we had to track down our hooka girl several times, and on top of that the waiter over charge my card and of course no one answered the phone to resolve this. Needless to say there won't be a return visit.

We had a party of 17, they attempted to seat us in one section which did not work. However the server accommodated the seating to ensure everyone was comfortable. The food was horrible. It took the server over 30 minutes to bring beverages. I ordered the Crab Hashbrown and Grits. Everything was cold. The grits was literally glued together. They provided us with the cheapest plastic cutlery. If I’m paying $22 for a meal I expect Real Cutlery. I felt like the server was overwhelmed and needed help. There were several other servers standing around, doing nothing. The only reason why I gave this place two stars is because of the promoter. He put on a great show and provided an experience.

Would like to give a review on Brunch Sunday. I decided to make a special date with my girl and a friend and got embarrassed. Staff not available for open. Resorted to Piccadilly. Maybe next time.

My daughter had reservations here January 16th for her birthday. Her guests arrive early only to find out that they were closed for being understaffed we did not receive a phone call or email very unprofessional wasted our time decorations and money. We even went there the day before to make sure that everything was good no one told us that they will be closed.

Went on a Saturday night and the night started nice and they seemed to have great service. We ordered a 10-piece of hot wings and were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a 20-piece we agreed and then waited nearly an hour for the food to arrive. Once the food did arrive it wasn't even warm and fries had been added that we did not ask for, we asked if something could be discounted or done about the cold food and were told no in a very annoyed way as if we were the problem. So at this point, we decided to just ask for a to-go box and leave. When we received the bill we had been charged additionally for the fries. Spoke to the waitress and asked about the charge and she explained the fries "come with the wings" but the pricing was wrong if that were the case. And she just sat there as if I would simply say ok and pay again as if I were an inconvenience. I asked to speak with a manager and she left for about 5-10 minutes then came back and said she could take the fry charge off but would have to take the fries back as well this was completely fine as we didn't ask for them in the first place she was dissatisfied with my response but took the fries anyway. Finally reviewing the corrected bill we were charged an 18% gratuity on a $47 bill despite their menu saying a 15% gratuity would be added to bills of $50 or more.

Needless to say we will not be back and I advise anyone else to be sure to check their receipt!

I booked a sweet 16 ! i booked two weeks in advance spoke with two different staff members and they never said the parents to the kids had to stay i arrived at 6:30 didn’t get my section until 7:15 and they told us we had to leave at 8pm ! because it was already other sweet 16 parties it was too many kids and they didn’t make no money because of the free sections !!!!! They also was turning around kids at 7pm at the door wether they had a parent or not because they were Annoyed !!!! My kid only had 7-8 ppl there for her party and they wouldn’t let her guest in at all saying they have to leave at 8 anyway when really they time is 9pm for children to leave ! Then the dj started playing No Pain No Gain by betty wright and other songs like that to make the kids leave ! Very Rude Very Unprofessional and was giving Low vibrations !!!! Broke behavior they will never get a dollar from me !

Went for a B-Day celebration, the "Party" (hype staff) atmosphere is Great. However, we Never received our FOOD after waiting over an hr. Sunday Brunch ends @ 4, we placed our order, maybe 2:30ish. By the time the server CnEE F came to check on us, We asked for the order(s) to be canceled. She was Great before WE ordered. She stated they were behind cooks & the Manager was in the back cooking. If we knew that w/in 15-20 min. Of placing our order We would have understood, but WE left HUNGRY & very Disappointed. NO complentary compensation for our bottom less Mimosas, NO courtesy appetizer, NOTHING. This was an Aweful 1st impression & my LAST time. Customer NO Service!
