Came from outta town to enjoy the weekend in Atlanta. This place was at the top of my list to visit. Baby when I say it was TRASH!!! I’m going to trash them every chance I get. I’m always visiting Atlanta and enjoying myself. This place tainted my visit. 1. We had reservations for 2:30. Arrived at 2:25 to the door being locked. 2:45, door still locked. This was after we paid $50 to lyft here. After a while, we see someone walking pass and knock on the door. They let us in and advise us they’re not technically open yet but we “May as well come in”. Chile whet?!?! Our server didn’t even acknowledge our reservations and told us to sit “wherever”. The experience and service was beyond GHETTO. Our server had on house slippers and had 0 customer service skills! Atlanta’s WORST. My fiancé and I ordered food and a lemon drop. We received the wrong drink. We ended up cancelling the food and making reservations for SLUSH where we ALWAYS have an amazing time. The owners of Area 4 need to reevaluate their business model and employees ASAP!! ????

The food and service was very professional. I had an awesome time. I definitely would recommended anyone to go by there for brunch. Scrambled eggs. Chicken and Waffles. A 10

I made reservations for 12p for today for my birthday and when I arrived no one was there and it says they are open online. I am very unhappy especially since I drove an hour along with 5-6 other people joining me from out of town.

Showed up 45 minutes early to make a 12 pm brunch reservation, get out of the car only to be told they won't be opening for another 1.5 hrs at least. Worker unapologetic about the situation but wasn't rude in delivery. Got the impression this happens often. Me and a good 15-25 other people, unrelated to my party with reservations as well, turned around. No notes on the door and the workers saw a parking lot full of patrons 30 min prior and made no moves to notify people so they wouldn't continue to waste their time.

I didn't even get a chance to go in! Booked for my birthday at 8p. Get there, doors are locked & the number listed states it disconnected. You can hear the music outside and it's 2 cars in parking lot. Not to mention this place is hard as hell to find. If you know... you know. Looking for somewhere else to go as I type.

I flew in town to see moms for Mother’s Day. We decided to go here. I thought I was running late but the staff wasn’t even there yet. We had a 12:00 reservation but they wouldn’t open the doors because no one was there to set-up. Once we all got in they gave us a terrible waiter. We had to wait to place our orders, wait to place our drink orders. Our waiter was over it! He was doing every position in the place. He was on the DJ booth when he was suppose to be waiting on us. He threw our drinks on the table!!!! Half of my group food was cold and uncooked the other half was ok. This place definitely needs more staff and new management. The place is big and beautiful but there’s so much potential with this establishment.

Went for a friend's birthday party. Had to wait almost an hour for them to open. Because the kitchen staff wasn't there yet. Ordered a round of drinks they came in glasses. The second round came in plastic cups. When asked I was told they ran out. Food came out late and cold. Cute spot but definitely needs new

Lovely restaurant, great service. I had duck which was actually rather lackluster. Hubby had steak au poivre and was delighted. He especially liked the wine that he chose to accompany it. We get a bit miffed when you have to pay for bread (though it was very good). I had the bread pudding dessert which was quite good. (Which wasn't complimentary for a birthday.) The service was superb. It was rather crowded since it was the night before Mother's Day.

This was my 1st time at Area 4 and let me say I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice restaurant with good service, good food and good drinks. In my opinion thats definitely 5 stars. The lamb chops were EVERYTHING!!! Was disappointed they didn't have any crab cakes but that just gave me a reason to come back. Hate I didn't get the name of our server but she was ?

I will never be back! The paying for parking is insane! The disrespect & humiliation my friend received because of “preference” (is the word I’ll use) was disgusting! I think we tend to forget just because we’re working at a “popular” spot the customer service aspect just goes out the door. The servers, bartender, door holders, security guard(s) and family members at the door ALL need more customer service training! We have to do better!

What a terrible experience. My family and I went to Sunday brunch. The website and Google say they are open at noon. It was raining outside, and people were turned away and told they open at 12:30. Several of us were standing outside in the rain waiting. The host comes out with a visible firearm on her waist and tells us they won't open until 12:45 or so. I asked if we could wait in the lobby just to get out of the rain, and she said no. There were also kids waiting in the rain. At 12:50, the security guard let's us come in the lobby, but they still were not open. At 1 p.m., we were seated. The food was cold and no one at my party was satisfied. The bottomless mimosas are mainly juicy, and they were warm. This is a place for young adults or college students. The floors were slippery and dirty, and the bathrooms were even worse. I really hope this place shuts down. I can understand why the owner is unavailable to email because her box would be full.

I’ve come here a few times and each time my experience is about the same. The facility is beautiful, the dj provides great vibes and makes it an experience, and the food is amazing. The area that needs improvement is the service. Each time we’re seated quickly, but don’t see a server for at least 45 minutes and we hit the 1:30-2hr mark before we’ve received our drinks and food. Sometimes the servers are rude or will just not come back to the table so often my party will find the bartender or another server to help service us. I think it’s a great place but the service has to improve.Parking: There is parking available at the location, but fills up quickly. Sometimes they try to charge for parking at greenbrier, but that isn’t their property.
