We love your coffee and tea and are regular customers. My wife drinks coffee and I drink tea. There’s just one issue regarding ordering hot tea (Goa Wen) that has left us a bit confused.
On our first few visits, the tea was steeped for about four minutes (per your employee, who was wonderfully precise and clearly took pride in the process), and the tea bag was removed before it was handed to us. We truly appreciated that attention to detail — it’s something we’ve experienced at other establishments and one of the reasons we kept coming back. Similar to a coffee enthusiast (my wife) wanting well brewed; flavorful; not bitter - coffee - any tea drinker is super diligent on tea strength, measured via steeping times.
On a recent visit, however, an employee handed us the tea with the bag still in it and said customers are expected to time it themselves. When we asked about removing the bag after 3–5 minutes, we were told they “never do that for the customer,” which surprised us. We were also told it had already been steeping for “a few minutes” and to remove it whenever we wanted. Because we didn’t want it too strong or too weak, we asked again, and the employee (reluctantly) remade it and handed it to us fully brewed. This was surprising, especially since every other interaction we’ve had with your wonderful staff has been stellar.
On our next visit, a different employee steeped the tea without hesitation or us asking. When we thanked her and asked if that was the standard approach, she seemed puzzled by the question and said they “always” do it that way.
Today, again the tea bag was again left in, with no guidance on steeping time. (Same employee who did not steep before)
We come for quality, but consistency matters just as much. We would simply appreciate a clear, consistent approach so customers know what to expect.

I think the food and the vibes are the only good things about this place. They have a variety of vegan options that are delicious and it's a great place to study or chat. However the coffee is very eh, the only good one is the Vietnamese egg coffee but it's $7 for a tiny little thing. But the worst part is the matcha. It actually sucks so bad, I can't even drink it. It's so chalky and the color is very dull Edit for owners response: I don't like sweet matcha, I just like good matcha and yours tasted like chalky Starbucks matcha

Let’s start with how we got here ! A friend sent me a picture of a Tik Tok picture featuring an ube latte! I responded with - when are we going? We decided we would wait until the weekend since we would have to drive from Cobb county to the city.
I started doing some research and did not see ube latte on the menu. I called the phone number listed on yelp- but it appears it is just a cell number and went directly to voicemail. I went to the website and found an email address. I sent a basic question/ do you have an Ube latte on your menu? To my surprise I received a response! This simple response was exhibit A that they don’t play about customer service
On Saturday morning I arrived to the shop around 11am! The coffee shop is a neighborhood spot! As such, you will just have to find street parking in the neighborhood. I ended up parking a block away. This place was crowded! I did have to wait in a line. However, I enjoyed checking out the item for sale while waiting in line. The book titles had me laughing , this is your go to spot for a unique gift!
We ended up ordering the following: 1. Hot Matcha latte with ube and oat milk 2. Hot ube latte with oat milk 3. Cheese danish
NOTE: I did confirm that the matcha they use is NOT pre- sweetened. This is a huge plus in my book!!
The item came out quickly. All items weee served in to go containers. I am not sure if this is just standard practice even if you are dining in.
We were able to grab a table outside! However, this place was crowded and open seating was limited!
My matcha was AMAZING! It was not too sweet, which is how I like my matcha. The cheese danish was also delightful. My friend said she enjoyed her latte too. I will note that I did not taste the Ube flavor.
This coffee shop is a vibe, but also serves yo tasty drinks and treats! I would highly recommend checking this spot out !

I had a cappuccino with some bourbon caramel syrup and it was delicious, just the right amount of sweet without being too much. Prices about average for the area. Always busy, but we love sitting in the back with the babies.

Super cute coffee shop! Had a great selection of breakfast sandwiches and pastries. I had an iced chai and it was delicious i look forward to going back and trying their coffee. The pastries we had were perfectly flaky and had lots of filling. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and they also double as a cute trinket/gift type store!

I loved Ash Coffee! The surrounding area feels really quaint and I found street parking easily nearby. I tried a salted brown butter pumpkin latte which was on their seasonal menu, and I really enjoyed it. They sell really cute gift items, but it does take up about half of the area. There’s a lot of tables but they’re clustered kind of close together.
Staff are super nice/chill and I love how many vegan options they have! Definitely my go to work spot.

A perfect neighborhood coffee shop with delicious vegan foods, including but not limited to vegan chicken and cheddar biscuits and vegan croissants. They do run out of their vegan biscuits kind of early, though — I've been there three times, all after 2:00, and they only had vegan biscuits one of those times. I wish they'd make more.

I hate giving poor reviews, but I felt compelled. Stopped in to visit ash coffee given I've read some good things about the place. I'll me tion that the people are extremely nice and the atmosphere is pretty cool. Kitschy and cute things to browse and buy. Unfortunately, I got a Vietnamese egg coffee. It had none of the characteristic taste of a classic Vietnamese egg coffee. Seems they used a cold brew or something? + The egg foam, while thick and very copious was awful. It was more savory and barely sweet like how a Vietnamese egg coffee should be. Just awful and would not recommend getting that, but didn't get to try their other foods and drinks. But please, for the love of God, don't get the Vietnamese egg coffee.

My favorite place to work remotely! The space is bright and airy, which is perfect for working or studying, and there is plenty of seating and outlets.
Their lattes are great, and the pastries are delicious. Unlike other coffee shops, I don't feel like I'm breaking the bank when ordering food or coffee. They have plenty of other canned drinks if you are not into coffee, and everything is well-priced.
Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. I love this place!
