This place is an absolute disaster. The kiosk doesn’t have the full menu but there’s nobody to take your order. Also they fully got order wrong and I had to go back.

I ordered hot chocolate and was handed a cup of water and two packages of Nestlé‘s hot chocolate for $4.85 – what a rip off. Never returning.

Rude workers and a lousy soup with stale bread. Welcome to ATL.

Very polite staff, wonderful soup and paninis, very fair prices and portions, and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend this stop at the airport!

I ordered a half and half sandwhich and salad. Turkey Bacon Ckub and Greek Salad. It was so tasty and fresh. A great bargain at $14 too. Plus the staff were kind and fast.

First I had to wait a full 20 minutes for my turkey club panini. Then when I got it it was not complete. It was dry as it was missing condiments. My sandwich was supposed to include lettuce and tomato. The 1/4 piece of tomato I got was the only vegetation on it. I was also supposed to get a pickle but did not.
The bread was good so that is a plus.

Requested a bagel with lox & cream cheese. Cashier laughed so I walked away and only then did she asked what it was. I just wasn’t in the mood to train an ABC employee today.

Wow!!! In ordered the Turkey avocado sandwich with a bowl of loaded baked potato soup and could not be happier with that decision. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will be making this my stop when I fly through ATL.

The food was really good, we just ordered cold sandwiches, turkey/swiss and turkey/bacon/avocado. Both me and my husband modified our orders and everything was accurate. Just like sandwiches we could make at home, and everything was cold, fresh, and the veggies were crispy. Steven is an awesome breath of fresh air, and the service was great all around.

I work in the airport and ordered from here on multiple occasions. Long story short, if you are in a rush, I would not advise to order from here. The wait time is unpredictable regardless of how many customers are dinning. Customer service from the To-go counter and/or the cooks is unpredictable as well. Most questions are replied with dry responses which is quite the opposite of their sandwiches however. Typically great food met with usually subpar customer service.
