Staff were pitiful. On their phones, sitting out front on the bench. Looked more like a playground at recess than a place of business. Counters were dirty, floor was wet with no wet floor sign. I got the cobb salad. It was TERRIBLE. My lettuce was darker than the bacon on the salad. Such a waste of $17 bucks!!

Bread old and dry.
Staff disinterested, does not listen and is texting during checkout.
Clutter behind the counter and the floor is half under water.

Aw man. It's official! Your favorite airport deli has fallen apart. Two workers doing the best they can to manage a long line. Airport prices are you be expected, but when this came out as the $3.19 chocolate chip cookie, I knew this would be my last visit. She said, "we don't sell what's in that display case." Switched to lunch at 9:45am.

If you’re looking for a finger sandwich for $14, you should eat here. But seriously, when did the sandwiches get so small? This is half the size of what I’ve gotten in the past. No wonder so many locations have closed. The service was quick though.

Waited 45min wondering why they hadn’t called my number, finally asked the manager when my order would be ready and she said they never made it. Watched them pull a sandwich out of a fridge and microwave it for 30seconds then angrily hand it to me. The sandwich was not good.

I had a great experience with the cashier. However Amanda was rude to everyone including her coworkers. Someone asked for help to make coffee and she completely ignored them. I waited 15 for my food while she was in the back talking. When she finally started preparing food she slammed bags on the counter and mixed mine and another gentleman's food up. As the gentlemen and I were trying to figure out who's order was who's, she yelled at him for not seeing his ticket number on the receipt. When I finally got my food, the Croissant was hard and the sandwich was disgusting.

Worst service I ever had in an airport restaurant. People is mean, they were laughing about my accent in my face!! I'm glad I'm leaving this horrible city with rude people everywhere, when you're traveling alone, the last thing you want is treating with mean people, I've been in other airports restaurants and this is by far the worst, it is a shame that the "most busy and efficient" airport has this staff.

Bread is soggy, soup is cold. Staff was very distracted so taking orders took 3 times as long, it kinda felt like we were bothering them by being there. Wont be back but i hope this helps!

Dirty, nasty attitudes, no customer service.

You have one person working at 5 am .. the amount of business you turned away for not having staff an only serving coffee surely outweighs the cost of additional employee ..people walking away because you have no one to serve food items ..
