The one at Concourse F: worst attitude from any staff ever. They wouldn't even reply any question. One of the staff just took off on the middle of shift. Only because I had a red eye flight I had to accept such poor service

What did I actually eat? There is literally nothing available in Terminal C for breakfast if you don’t want to wait 45 minutes in the Starbucks line. Chuck fil a closed too! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee for my wife and I each. All they do is stack the sandwich and stick it in the microwave. My sandwich had the cheese paper still on it! When I went to let them know, the one that seemed to be the person in charge made it seem like it was my fault. She gave me more side eyes than I’ve ever got. This place is terrible and needs to figure there things out. The only reason we did in the first place was there is nothing else open!!

I ordered a sandwich at the Atlanta airport, two people who don't want to work served me, they had about 5 orders, they forgot my sandwich when I asked them to cancel my sandwich, they prepared it for me and told me that they couldn't cancel it for those 5 orders. More customers came and they told them to leave, they didn't take any more orders, the sandwich, of course, I didn't take it and they didn't give me my money back either. I asked for the complaint book and they didn't give it to me properly, the supervisor wasn't there, it's not a place to recommend.
Very unprofessional staff. Arguing amongst each other, complaining out loud about having customers, forgetting to call out orders, coughing and talking while making the sandwhich, forgot part of my order. Avoid at all costs.

Wanted to share how the employee working today was watching her phone the entire time she was sitting there “working”I greeted her and she ignored me. I’ll admit that delta should consider the employees who are in their concourses cause I’ll be sure never fly though there again. Yes it’s busy but that’s all the more reason to have better customer service. Very disappointed with the entire experience at ATL. Gross bathrooms in the airport.Gross lav services on the plane. Bacteria clearly growing. It’s not just the fact that this kiosk is in deltas concourse but this restaurant should also take notes because their employee clearly has no people skills. I waited 10 minutes while 6 ppl were visible standing in the kitchen chit-chatting in order to get a Greek salad that had 4 tiny slices of tomato on a bed of lettuce too big to eat (and I wasn't given a knife nor was one available) along with a few crumbles of feta.
