There was noone at the hostess stand when we arrived and would have waited for 10 or so minutes before we were noticed, had we not asked the bar tender if we could seat ourselves. We saw this happen with everyone that showed up to eat tonight, and a few people even got annoyed and left before being helped. Once we were seated though, the server was great and attentive.The chicken sandwich was fine, and the fries were great, but the Cobb salad with steak (for a whopping $28 before tax and tip) was extremely droopy with a runny egg and loaded with disappointing blue cheese. Unfortunately a poor food experience.

I have been here 3 times. I always sit at the bar, get great service. Food is always tasty.My only issue is that they do not serve Barcardi Lime or Bacardi Limon.Other than that, is the best place to eat, have a couple of drinks and have a nice conversation.

I’m being very honest the food was great I had a steak omelette with potatoes!!! I sat at the bar and my server was awesome but I just couldn’t understand the wait time, he did tell me that it was only one cook so I understand but it wasn’t that busy and he actually had to keep going back up stairs to see if was it ready.. now I’m sure it was management I saw checking the bottles of liquor ? with his clip board I’m sure he had to notice we’d been sitting for a while but then again maybe he didn’t.. glad I didn’t have a flight to catch I would have missed it..

40 minutes to get my order all I was getting server give us 10 minutes we are backed up finally my son told the server we will wait for 5min and then we will leave all he said sorry for your wait we don't want you to miss the flight never ever going back I rather eat fast

Very very rude bartender she said she thought she would have a chill day and people are asking her for food and drinks and we’re a problem to her. We’re inconveniencing her she made several customers leave not only that I ended up staying just to watch the entertainment and I her name is Keisha not only that she poured herself a drink, I never received any feedback any phone call any email response. The restaurant never got a hold of me. I never got my money back for what the extra was put onto the tip.

Unbelievably bad service. The worst part is they think they are doing a good job and if you ask for assistance it’s like you’re robbing the place. Eat at the bar or nothing.

There were only 9 other people there when we arrived, 3 whom were finishing up, 4 at the bar with drinks in hand, 1 by themselves with their food, and a couple waiting for their food, then the 2 of us. I could go on, but there's no point. For the good burger and steamed broccoli, the $$ for one old fashioned (so bad 1 sip was all you could manage and they wouldn't remake it, provide something different or remove it from the bill ($50) one would hope for better service.Now the Starbucks next door...those girls went above and beyond and earned the $7 tip for my $3 coffee.

The wife and I stepped in waiting on our daughters flight to arrive. Please go to T.G I Fridays right down the hall. I never in my life had the type of service my wife and I got here. The servers and bartender were to busy chit chatting with there workers and friends come in. I had to wait over 20mins to get a drink. I got the old fashion and it was a absolutely horrible mix. I did not even drink it. The glass was dirty and very watered down. They also refused to remove it from the bill. $18.99 for watered down whiskey. The burger the wife and I got was actually really good. At least someone in this establishment is taking pride in their job. I usually look at reviews before going into places, but this night I didn't. My mistake on that on.

Food was not bad, but service was so so so slow! Over an hour to get 3 sandwiches and the check. Not what you need in an airport!

Terrible. I was greyed by the Bartender "We are on pause for a while as she left and went outside into the airport. She came back about 13 min later complaining about the management and scrambled around for 5 more min . She then pointed at us at the bar which hadn't ordered yet and said "somebody tell me something ". I got my drink and she seemed to settle down some . Next she began rummaging through the trash looking for a receipt, and did not wash her hands and served a few more people.

Located inside Atlanta Airport on the north end terminal. Stopped here to get beer. While heading back to the Marta train, after coming from the Delta Museum. It was pretty empty. Sat at the bar. Menu looked god & the prices were reasonable for the airport except for the $13 beer. Would stop here eat if I waiting to board a plane.

I would have given a higher rating if the customer service had been better. There was no waiter for approximately 20 minutes after I arrived. Once the waiter arrived he went to one table and gave them menus. He then went back to the bar and took the order of the person standing there. I arrived before both but I had to ask for a menu. A group of the manager’s friends arrived after I did. They received free reusable water bottles and their food before I did even though I ordered before them. I’m all for maintaining a good rapport with customers but everyone should be treated as equally important paying customers. Once the food arrived it was good which is why they received 2 stars otherwise it would have been horrible for them. Unacceptable customer service but good food.After my food came the waiter never returned to my table. When he did finally return return he asked if I wanted my check. Good food won’t bring me back because I want to be treated well as I enjoy my gastro experience.It took 20 minutes for the waiter to pick up my check and credit card. He was chatting with his colleagues and moving tables instead allowing me to pay and leave. Horrific experience
