Atlanta Fish House and Grill

I usually get the Salmon Rice bowl but today I ordered 3 catfish dinners with an additional large fry and extra sassy sauce. I typically check my food before leaving but I was on a time crunch and asked the young lady with glasses if everything was in my bag and was my order correct. She replied “yes ma’am”. —-only to get home and have only two catfish and fries and one tilapia and fries plate. This is not the first time this has happened (the first time I let it slide) at this point I believe they are just giving their customers any type of fish without actually making sure it’s what the customer ordered. One of my plates looked like it had been eaten out of because it was missing two hush puppies (typical order comes with 3) and the fish looked played over. They didn’t put my extra sassy sauce in the bag which they charged me for. What’s the purpose of stapling a receipt to my bag if the employees don’t actually read it and make sure everything is included in customers orders? And to make this situation worse you can’t even call the restaurant to tell them about the problem so they can fix it before you drive back to the restaurant and won’t have to wait. If your food is wrong you will literally have to drive back to the restaurant in hopes that they can fix your food in a timely manner. Such a HUGE inconvenience to the customers. Moral of the story: DONT trust the employees if they say they did their jobs… check EVERY SINGLE BOX before you leave the parking lot or you may end up disappointed.

Nasty, seafood was good quality, but the over breading, and lack of seasoning om the shrimp and fish threw the taste off. The potential is there, but they have not realized their potential. Everything was fried correctly but the taste was simply off. Even my fries were bland and lacking season/taste.

I like this place.The food is very good and some what affordable.

As a first time customer, based on the reviews, I had high hope for this restaurant. We ordered through Uber eats. The food we received looked nothing like the pictures in the reviews. Not only were the wings super small, I mean tiny, the taste was off like they were fried in old cooking oil. One order came with fish, but we didn’t receive the fish, only the chicken, they charged me full price for it though and I cannot get my money back through Uber eats. I called to speak to someone but it was automated and only offered store hours and a link to order online. I asked for a team member and it played a message in Spanish - what horrible customer service and a waste of money. The food went right in the trash. IMO I do not recommend this restaurant, try another place worthy of your money and taste buds.

I just left this place. You left out my coleslaws and hush puppies that come in the family box.I paid extra for catfish and I believe I had whiting.
Then, no one answers the phone. Some computer is speaking Spanish. The phone is not answered by a human. I just spent 66.41 under the name Faye. So, please know I am PISSED TO SEE I DO NOT HAVE ALL OUR FOOD.

If you come at the right time, service is usually pretty fast and sufficient. Food is good 👍 Was a little slack than usual on the fish in my fish and wings.

Just received my order this evening and was very disappointed. The whiting was yesterday’s fish heated over and the grease tasted that way too. Gus puppies were great. The fries were almost cold for an order within an hour of delivery. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. I’ll think twice about this take out again.

My sister inlaw and walked in at 6:55 pm
And at 6:58 pm the cashier and cook say they can't service us because they are closing at 7:30 pm
My sister n law lives in Douglasville and drove all the way there as we tried to explain.

WORKERS CONSTANTLY MESSING UP DELIVERY ORDERS, SENDING SMALL SHRIMP, THEY’RE NOT JUMBO AS DESCRIBED ON MENU, FOOD IS COLD, SMALL PORTIONS AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. PHONE HAS A CRAZY ASIAN LADY ON OUTGOING MESSAGE, CANT REACH OWNER TO DISCUSS HOW WORKERS ARE WAISTING MY TIME AND MONEY SENDING THE WRONG ORDERS!!!
