Yall better come try that grilled salmon over the creamy grits in a cream.sauce with Parmesan and spinach & peppers. Don't sleep.it light and breakfastsy with pancakes. Mann! This was the best breakfast I has in ages and it was not something I would have ever ordered for breakfast.but thnx to the server I tried ot and loved it!!!!!

Great music and decor. Experience was very lack luster. Waited a minute to get a table which we were fine with. However, it took an hour to get our food and it was not busy at all. To go orders were being fulfilled before ours. Ended up having to get everything to go due to other commitments that we initially had enough time for and still had to pay the automatic gratuity and we didn’t even get to eat there. If it was not for the very nice waitress, we would’ve left without anything. Thankful she let us get a couple bites in before we had to leave. Food was good, would’ve been better getting to eat it all when it was fresh.

Decent breakfast place to stop in if you want a breakfast that is straight to the point - good, decently priced, and portioned well.

Only feedback is when I read “topped with blueberries,” I imagine more than just a few on the plate. Also, loved the coffee, but as a breakfast bar in this particular part of town, I did expect to have some milk alternatives. I would love to see that for my next visit!

Service was friendly, restaurant was clean, and parking was easy in the lot.

I had the California love burrito, and it was sooooooooooooooo good!!!!!! For the location, serving size, and ambiance, the pricing was Hella reasonable. The entire staff, including the line cook, were jolly, singing, and accommodating.

There was a point during my visit where a pair of noisy, vulgar patrons showed up, and the entire staff handled the situation professionally. As someone who prefers family establishments with clean music and peaceful vibes, I appreciated the staff enforcing the etiquette of the space by addressing the patrons behavior in real time and not permitting them to taint the dining experience... there's a place and time for everything, and the patron's behavior was inappropriate for the type of establishment this is.

I can tell the staff enjoys their job and the culture of the establishment. They are allowed to be themselves, and i loovvveeee that for them!!!!! If you ask me, it makes the food taste better when the staff are in a positive mood. Plus, having FREE PARKING pushed this spot over the edge for me 😍

1000/10 I highly recommend. DO NOT come to Atlanta without trying this place. You won't regret you did.

Augie's Breakfast Bar is a whole vibe! I feel totally at home. Marvin Gaye and Lou Rawl's on the jukebox asking me “what's going on?” and telling me “I'll never find....,” beautiful Black and White people eating and laughing. You know how you’re somewhere by yourself, like I am today, and people laugh a little too loud? I looked over and quickly vacillated from annoyance to joy - because this is that kind of place, with that kind of vibe. Good Times is playing on the TV here - and the smell of biscuits and fried catfish with an occasional sweet waft of syrup and French toast with fresh berries reminds me of sitting patiently playing with my dolls and my pup/ waiting for my Granny to finish breakfast. I would post a pic, but my Grandmother always told me not to play with my food - and actually I ate it all before I could…

Augie’s Breakfast Bar is the perfect Sunday morning treat! The ambiance is vibrant, with beautiful shades of blue accenting the space. The restaurant’s setup is warm and inviting, offering both cozy booth seating and high-top bar options.

Our server, Miya, was incredibly sweet and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain the menu. As it was my first time dining here, I really appreciated her attentiveness while I decided what to order.

I ended up choosing the steak omelet with toast, and it was both savory and satisfying. The dish was prepared with the perfect balance of fresh ingredients, making every bite enjoyable. I also tried the pancakes, which were just as delicious!

Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

This place is so unorganized!! Everything I go there for a take out order, it's always messy, short staffed, and they always get my order messed up not to mention what they served for the price. Below is a picture of a side order of house potatoes for $5 and they actually have the nerves to serve that to people. So disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should treat the people who are dining in and taking out the same. At the end we are spending money and supporting a local business. I am Never going again!! Very disappointed!!

This spot was a complete vibe! The manager was amazing at being accommodating to a group of 13. Our waitress was outstanding; serving a large group is not easy but she did it without hesitation or attitude. She was very upbeat and an overall great server! The food was amazing...I mean ALL of the food! With us being such a large group we ordered several different menu items, and nothing was a disappointment! My favorite items were the pancakes and the biscuits...absolutely delicious!! Oh!! Did I mention the bottomless mimosas...yes!!!! And if you love great music, this spot could not be more extraordinary! I will be back!!
