We stopped here while shopping at Lenox Mall. Had a couple of lemonades and an order of the pretzel dogs. Nothing was exceptional about service or food…at this point.
After returning home, we realized my godson had left a shopping bag at the mall. The contents and bag were surely gone; however, we were compelled to drive back to mall to double check based on the value of products in the shopping bag.
When I went back to the mall, there was a long line. I waited and asked the cashier if a bag was left. He looked down to other employee. He asked me to describe the bag, which I did.
He handed me bag and all contents were present.
It was very nice to see integrity in real time. We thought we’d just be out the money spent, but we were very thankful for the kind and honest employees.

Whenever I go I rarely get decent tasting pretzels. One time they even gave them to me completely raw. Usually stale tasting and the service is not good, every person I’ve spoken to had an attitude.

Genuinely some of the worst customer service I have ever experience. My soft spoken sweetheart of a girlfriend was trying to order and the employee gives her attitude and are extremely disrespectful I witness this first hand too. Employees will lie to your face and when you call them out on it they will switch up their story and claim “company policy” when I call corporate they confirmed they have no such policy.

The pretzels are good. Quite good in fact. The employees, however, are not. I was having difficulty opening my app to scan the rewards only to have the cashier snap at me “ugh this is taking so long. Just pay already.” She was very rude overall and after waiting in a long line I was hoping for a more fluid experience. Her rudeness left a bad taste in my mouth and I wasn’t able to enjoy my pretzel fully knowing that I hadn’t needed to pay as much as I did if only I had gotten the reward working.
Now, even seeing the app on my phone fills me with a sadness so profound that I feel the need to write this message. As much as I enjoy the pretzels, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this establishment

Nah bro, ain't no way it takes this long to make pretzels, smoothies, or yogurt bowls. Like they aren't even that poorly staffed. If you go here, please just get the pretzel.Pretzels are good. Smoothies ain't anything special. Neither were their yogurt bowls. The pretzels come out at a decent enough time but the smoothies take them a decade and you'll probably forget you ordered a yogurt bowl by the time they actually work on it..

Popped over after lunch while walking the mall getting my steps in. I smelled the yummy goodness of the pretzels that I know historically are not good for you, but we do it anyway. Anyway, I popped downstairs to grab a pretzel. Bread back to work and took my first bite. Something is different. The dough is not the same. It’s heavier. The chewiness is different. I know a lot of things have changed since the pandemic. Maybe they haven’t changed. Maybe I did. But something is off about it. It also wasn’t as artificially buttery flavored as it usually is. What a disappointment. If you haven’t been since before the pandemic. Good luck three stars because I received excellent service! So rare and Lennox Square.

I was at the airport, Im not really a pretzel fan, but I decided to try the cinnamon sugar pretzel bite. It was so good!!!! Will totally recommend it if you have a sweet tooth!!
The service was absolutely terrible. They forgot to give me my order when it was ready. I had to ask them multiple times. When I finally received my food, it was hard/overcooked.
