Serving cold pretzels with the rudest customer service I ever seen. Young girl literally got mad because the pretzel was cold and hard
The customer service is terrible, the prices for those greasy pieces of bread are ridiculous, or rather, that's throwing your money away.
I go every year to get a free pretzel in my birthday. This year, I didn’t get the reward notification in the app. I went to the location at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta GA and the people were so unhelpful. My birthday was shown in the App and they can see it on my ID and all they had to say was that I needed to “talk to the app people”. I asked them how to contact someone and they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. 0 customer service.
With a store full of food, you would think they’d want to sell at 8:03 instead of turning people away

I walked up at 7:06pm. No pretzels were made except 2 plain pretzels on display. I asked the girl for my order and she says we don’t have anything made, you can get one of these two we have made. So they close at 8 but teens are closing it down at 7pm in there. Big issue

Horrible customer service. I went in and purchased TWO items. Handed the cashier a $20 bill and she proceeds to put my cash on the counter looks and me and rolls her eyes. I informed her to hand my cash to be as it was extremely rude to behave in such a awful manner.
The experience was awful and honestly the place should even be operating.
Bad customer service. The cashiers and the one who makes the pretzel are really rude. They don't care about the customers. They don't want to make money for their boss. Bad...DON'T go there.

If I could give a negative for service, I would! If you’ve ever been there then you know. They are at the bottom of the list when it comes to service in the Atlanta area… and that says ALOT!!!

Came at exactly 6:30 both locations closed down and stop serving everything they didn’t already have cooked.A whole hour 1/2 before closing time this is very unacceptable very unprofessional I drove almost a hr just to come here I’m very upset I will be coming back Monday to speak with a manager or supervisor the employees was very unprofessional and need to be trained properly my kids wanted this so badly Just to be disappointed because the employees were to lazy to cook
Customer service is horrible. Employees are rude and won’t finish your transaction but will talk about you in front of your face before handing you what you ordered. This location should really look into hiring new employees.

Never have anything ready. When you ask for a pretzel it’s always a 15 minute wait. The employees always have an attitude or want to rush you when ordering. If you decide to get a pretzel that’s ready it’s almost always soggy. Please better everything because it’s been like this for a while.

Everything about that place sucks. The service,The manger, the employees, the the pretzels. Even the ice be dirty. I say shut the whole booth down. They serve old pretzel. They’re never fresh. Everybody’s attitude is sucks. I hate to even have to walk past it to get to my destination considering I’m a mall employee. I say shut it DOWN!!!!!!!
