By far the worst customer service experience in Atlanta, employees and manager super rude specially with Hispanic People, I’ve tried to order the pretzel I want and they want to give me the one they want! Ridiculous!!! A total chaos because of this request,whoever is in charge has to investigate more about it. Never ever come back here, we felt humiliated! Oh by the way there was no one on line , No wonder! Please contact me!

Lilian (i know i am getting her name wrong) but she was the cashier on 10/30/25 was awesome. young but friendly and kind. the entire staff was. i appreciate young folks doing well and will always support that. keep it up.

On the Fourth of July I came to this location for a small mini dog cup and a strawberry lemonade frozen. Unfortunately the frozen lemonade was not ready so I opt for a regular strawberry lemonade in which taste like a glass of water with lemon. My order came up to no more than $16 after opting out of a tip. I then go home and check my bank account and see the cashier had charged me $31 for a small mini dog and a cup of lemonade! The mini dogs were fresh but being over charged is something I am furious about. I will be contacting corporate asap, idc if i was over charged $5 I’m going to complain about my money.

I go every year to get a free pretzel in my birthday. This year, I didn’t get the reward notification in the app. I went to the location at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta GA and the people were so unhelpful. My birthday was shown in the App and they can see it on my ID and all they had to say was that I needed to “talk to the app people”. I asked them how to contact someone and they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. 0 customer service.

I walked up at 7:06pm. No pretzels were made except 2 plain pretzels on display. I asked the girl for my order and she says we don’t have anything made, you can get one of these two we have made. So they close at 8 but teens are closing it down at 7pm in there. Big issue

Horrible customer service. I went in and purchased TWO items. Handed the cashier a $20 bill and she proceeds to put my cash on the counter looks and me and rolls her eyes. I informed her to hand my cash to be as it was extremely rude to behave in such a awful manner.
