some of the worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life, lemonade tasting like straight tap water, order was incorrect, food is cold, employees dont want to provide a receipt, employees want to ARGUE about your order. management is lazy and doesnt do anything about it. employees MEAN MUG anyone walking up. this is ALLLLL at the kenwood mall in cincinnati ohio btw✌🏻✌🏻

Dnawled and Maleek were kind polite fast and made my order fresh with extra seasoning. They are the reason I will be coming back to this location!

The older guy, who I can only assume is the manager, is a complete jerk. Super rude to everyone in line. Doesn't know how to plan food or manage the oven properly at all. The wait time for food is inaccurate and when you ask about your food, they are completely rude to you. Horrible service.

This is a mall food stand....need I say more. I love these pretzels and can never pass one up. However, the wait time was less to be desired over 10 min to complete my order.

I have to drive 30+ minutes to get to this location because it’s the closest to my house. I only go on rare occasions as a treat to myself for smashing all my goals in the previous weeks, or as a pick me up for when I’m having a hard time. I always order pretzels with no salt because the salt makes my blood pressure go crazy and, honestly, it just tastes better with the caramel sauce when there’s no salt. I go today to order my usual, and they said “we aren’t taking specialty orders.” NOT putting the salt on is a specialty order? Guess this is my cue to just stop bothering to come here. I’ll find somewhere else to treat myself from now on.

Pretzel bites were burnt & tasted burnt got out to car and had to turn around and walk back through the mall to return them. Waited 8 minutes for a new order and they were even worse, he threw in a pack of icing as if he was doing me a favor i just threw it away and took that 9.00 as a loss

From store opening to being able to purchase some almond pretzels it took an hour and ten minutes. And still had to pay first and come back and pick them up. They were burnt and workers looked at me like I’m bothering them. Don’t need this food in my life; there are many other splurges.

I had the pleasure of meeting an exceptional young man named Maleek during my visit to Auntie Anne’s. From the moment I walked in, his presence stood out. Maleek demonstrated a strong work ethic, a deep dedication to the company, and a genuine respect for his fellow team members.

What impressed me most was his clear and professional communication. Whether he was helping a customer or assisting a teammate, Maleek handled every interaction with confidence, courtesy, and efficiency. His focus, energy, and commitment to quality were apparent in everything he did.

It’s rare to meet someone so young who carries himself with such maturity and responsibility. Maleek is a true asset to Auntie Anne’s, and I have no doubt he has a bright future ahead.
