TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I WAS A CUSTOMER TODAY IN LINE ONE OF THE BLACK MALE EMPLOYEES WAS VERY RUDE TALKING SO LOUD AND CURSING JUST MAKING A BIG SCENE THE WHOLE MALL WAS LOOKING AT HIM . I GOT OUT OF LINE AND ANOTHER BLACK MALE WALK FORM BEHIND FROM THE COUNTER WENT OVER BY THE LADY WAS SAYING RUDE THINGS TO LADY AS WELL.. THE LADY WAS BEEN NICE ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON UNTIL THE MALE CASHIERS VERY LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL AN CURSING I WAS IN FRONT OF THIS LADY.. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN IF THOSE TWO BLACK MALES ARE THERE.. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. READING THE RE REVIEWS THIS HAPPENS A LOT MANAGEMENT NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES .

Whoever the staff was on Sunday 1/7/24, they were incredibly polite especially the man that was the cashier and the guy taking orders that was much taller.

Horrible customer service! Almost an hour before closing and they had a limited amount of pretzels available though the mall was still full.There was no one else in line behind me and the cashier decided I was taking too long and put it any order while I was still consulting with my family on what we wanted. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I always made sure my customers were satisfied. Customer service is not for everyone and having a staff that is not willing to go the extra mile for their customers is what drives us to go elsewhere. Aside from this the pretzels also did not taste fresh. Definitely not the “Perfect Pretzel” as their slogan suggests.

Charged me for extra item that I didn't order and keep the item. When I asked for the receipt, the guy took a very long time to give it to me and then gave me the right two items that I did order. I still got charged for 3 items. When I asked for the manager, she said that she couldn't refund me and suggested that I get something of same value. What a scam. The guy who charged me the scam? He didn't feel guilty at all. I bet if somebody pay cash for that extra item, he will pocket the money.Definitely not recommended

I need the nicest man in the whole wide world. I came here twice while I was pregnant to feed a craving. The first time he went out of his way on a busy Saturday to make me a special order of almond bites. The day I was getting admitted into the hospital we came, he remembered me and made me an extra cup. Today 3 months post partum he remembered me again. Asked about the baby and made my special order. You really have to appreciate the kindness and customer service. And the pretzel bites were amazing Everytime!!!

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the nice guy who took my pretzel order. The cashier was blatantly rude for no good reason. I greeted him and he just gave me this hard glare! If you hate your job then QUIT! The customer should not suffer. Then he proceeds to make a comment about me basically taking a long time to complete my transaction. He said nothing about how to even complete the transaction. I was expecting to only pay using the ingenico machine, being ignorant to the fact that you have to select a tip option on another touchscreen before proceeding. I may have taken two minutes at the most. Ridiculous! Yes they had a long line, but one thing you don't do is disrespect the customer. First, by glaring at me after I greeted YOU first. Then complaining because I didn't rush through the transaction. I can't stand bad customer service! I wish I knew his name because he needs to be off the register!

Employees talk to each other any kind of way. Customer service lacks at this location. It’s extremely poorly ran. I was told a pretzel would be done in 10 mins and it took over 35 mins.. missing my whole break completely. No one apologized. I would give it a 0 star if I could

Don’t see any menus put up. But the store inside the mall is pretty popular with huge queues. Service is quick. My friend really loves the original plain pretzel at Thai store.

Horrible customer service. I came there Tuesday 1-4-2022 around 3pm. I wanted a pretzel. All they had was two large pretzel nuggets. There's no telling how old those were and I didn't ask for bites I wanted a pretzel. The other workers were in the process of making pretzels. I actually would have waited. The cashier said I have nuggets. Never offered some pretzels will be coming up in a few mins. She was gun hold on selling me the nuggets. I said I would come back but I never did. It's not that hard. There should have been one or two of everything anyway, not 2 large pretzel cups. I went to Great American and got some cookies instead.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My nine year old niece and I really wanted a pretzel, but the rude and unkempt looking staff were busy making pretzels instead of ringing up customers. We waited over 10 minutes when the line did not move, I finally asked if anyone was on the register, the girl answered rudely that she got them making pretzels, when a young man tried to help she told him no and to get back to putting the minis in the cup. I then walked off without a pretzel, she began cussing and running her mouth. .She should be fired asap because she has no idea how to run a shift. I won't be revisiting this location again. Rule number one, take care of your customers and get the money. She can't even do that!
