The staff asked us to wait until they were done talking to each other before they addressed us as customers at the counter. The place they keep ready pretzels was disgustingly unclean and nobody working there seemed to care.

The fact that I did a mobile order and the food wasn’t as fresh as I expected. I ordered a mango lemonade and received lemonade. I returned to tell the lady at the front and she said my order said lemonade. Listen to your customer first because it clearly said mango lemonade. I was waiting for them to take my other drink but I was going to trash it

This is a must stop in Terminal B, everyone from the cashier back to the people making the pretzels were all very nice.

Got the original and the cinnamon pretzels and it did not disappoint. Probably the best I've had in awhile

I stopped by Auntie Anne’s at the airport recently, and even though there were only two people working during a very busy rush, I was genuinely impressed. The young lady at the front, Shanece, was a standout.

She was hospitable, relatable, and carried herself with true professionalism—even while juggling a long line and managing orders nonstop. Despite the pressure, Shanece remained upbeat and courteous, never letting the chaos affect the quality of service. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

In a setting where service often feels rushed or impersonal, Shanece made it feel welcoming. She’s a rockstar, and Auntie Anne’s is lucky to have her.
