DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

I came to Auto Spa Bistro for a in-and-out car wash and expected at least basic customer service. Instead, I was told I couldn’t sit inside their lounging area unless I ordered food or drinks — even though I was a paying customer there for the wash. When I refused, they literally handed my keys back and denied me service.

So basically: unless you spend extra money on their overpriced food and drinks, you’re not welcome to sit and wait like a normal customer. That’s not hospitality, that’s a hustle.

Car washes should be about quality and respect, not pushing food sales or treating customers like second-class citizens. If you can’t respect people who are supporting your business, you don’t deserve their money.

Take your car — and your money — ANYWHERE else. There are plenty of car washes in Atlanta that won’t insult you, waste your time, or make you feel unwelcome.

They do an amazing job hand washing your car

Do not recommend. Came to get my car washed. Was up charged for a chemical wash because my car was quite dirty. That's fine.

The worker later called that I had dog hair on the inside and that it was making his job difficult. I reiterated that I only asked for the body to be washed, I did not ask for vacuuming. He said that if that was the case he was done.

I came back and they didn't finish the job. The top still had some dirty spots. the panel gaps and inside of the doosr/trunk/handles areas were completely untouched.

I originally left a negative review after my first visit, as the interior of my car wasn’t cleaned properly. While the exterior looked great, I was disappointed with the overall experience at the time.
However, I’m writing this updated review to highlight the professionalism and integrity this company showed in response. After reading my feedback, they reached out promptly, re-cleaned both the interior and exterior of my vehicle free of charge, and even refunded my payment (which they absolutely didn’t have to do.)
That level of customer service is rare. They took full accountability and went above and beyond to make things right. It’s clear they care about their customers and their reputation. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a business responds — and in this case, they handled it with complete professionalism.
Thank you again for taking care of the issue and restoring my trust. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend your services to others.

I’ve given Auto Spa Bistro several chances before writing this review, but unfortunately, the service has declined each time I’ve gone. The only reason I kept returning was convenience to my home, but after my latest visits, I won’t be back.

They don’t wipe cup holders or dashboards properly, and when you point it out, the response is always the same: “for extra, we can do that.” But wiping down cup holders, dashboards, and windows is basic service anywhere else; it shouldn’t be treated like an upgrade.

This week I brought in both of my vehicles. One had to be redone because the first cleaning was so poor. On top of that, they charged me extra just to vacuum the SUV cargo space, something that had been included before. Even worse, after paying the extra, it still wasn’t cleaned properly.

What used to be a subpar experience has turned into a frustrating one. Charging more while delivering less is unacceptable. Convenience no longer outweighs the lack of quality or customer care. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

They got my Mercedes EQE looking very nice and clean.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the car hand wash service to include inside cleaning I received today. My decision to return to your establishment was based entirely on a superb prior experience, where Bobby treated my vehicle with exceptional care, as if it were his own. This initial positive interaction set a high standard that, regrettably, was not met during my recent visit.

My disappointment is particularly acute given the amount charged for a service that was clearly incomplete. The stark contrast in quality was evident through numerous oversights:

- The front bumper still harbored prominent bug spots.
- The black trim encircling the vehicle was entirely overlooked.
- Inside, the cup holders remained uncleaned.
- The driver-side car mat was left saturated, necessitating a request for it to be dried, while the other mats were also neglected.
- Dirt persisted on the door trims and cracks.
- And despite a visible attempt, the tires lacked any reflective shine.

Having to correct these basic detailing flaws myself upon returning home underscores the unacceptable standard of this service. Consequently, I can no longer consider Auto Spa Bristo for future needs nor can I in good conscience recommend your services to others.

Please reinforce with your team that the long-term success of your business, and indeed their individual tips, are directly tied to delivering consistent, high-quality customer service and meticulous attention to every detail.

The designated lead should be required to conduct a thorough inspection of all vehicles prior to their customer pick-up (observed him either sitting down like a customer outside or walking in/out the establishment).

I won’t ever be back. Over priced and lack of care and service. I tipped being nice, and get to my car and it’s dirty. Barely vacuumed, center console not touched, dust still on the dash, seats not vacuumed, you can literally see the dirt. The bartender is rude(big light skin lady with glasses). I walk in, I’m standing at the door. I ask do I give this to you. She says yeah $48 ($58 after tip) and I need a physical card. I was planning on having breakfast and a drink while I waited. Nothing was offered. Sitting here watching them I feel like if you don’t have a car they consider luxury they don’t care. I’m in the service industry, and my tip would’ve been more than the $10 (I shouldn’t have given). From the time I pulled in, I knew I should’ve left. Then when I get the manager they “redo” it. The top of my jeep didn’t get touched at all. These are just some the photos after the the went back over it

Just ask for Travis, and he will take good care of you!

I was pleased. They need some way finding signage outside.

Came here expecting a premium car wash and decent food, but left underwhelmed. The car wash was average at best — for the price, I expected way more attention to detail. Missed spots on the interior and streaks on the windows. The food from the bistro was also disappointing: slow service and nothing special in taste.

The concept of combining a car wash and a bistro is cool, but the execution just isn’t there. Feels overpriced for what you actually get. If you’re looking for value or quality, this probably won’t be your go-to spot.

After paying for a car wash (inside and out) my truck still had bug splatter on the front end, running boards were still dirty, all windows inside still had smudges, the dash still had prints on the touch screen, the rear bumper still had red dirt and smudges. My truck is a 2025 and a month old so the guy that cleaned it ran through it assuming it was clean. We’ve been patronizing them for years. The food was good and they did a great job on my husband’s RR but we will not be returning. You never know what guy you’ll get that don’t care about the quality of work they’re doing.
