Wow, all I could say is Wow, the rosemary chicken was extremely fragrant and it fell off the bone and it still had a crispy skin and it was just beautifully cooked, really delicious. Also, falafel was delicious. I can’t wait to try it again. Homemade baba ghanoush, and homemade hummus and other fixings. Very nice simple menu You should definitely try.

It’s in a food court with indoor and outdoor dining so don’t expect anything chic. But it is comfortable and fairly quiet. The food is AWESOME and the people are really FRIENDLY. Don’t be surprised to be offered a taste. And DO NOT skip the falafel! 😋

Aviva by Kameel in Midtown serves absolutely delicious food. I knew about them from their food court location downtown that I absolutely love. The standouts for me were the chicken shawarma, baklava, lentils, and the falafel wrap. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better.

But the parking situation left a sour note. Their website promises parking reimbursement at the CODA garage, which was a big reason I felt comfortable driving there. When we arrived a little before 1 p.m., right in the middle of the normal lunch rush, they had already run out of validations for the day. We stayed for almost an hour, hoping they’d resolve it since staff said they were working on it, but nothing changed. In the end, I had to pay the steep garage fee myself.

For such a popular and well-loved lunch spot, running out of promised parking coverage during peak hours feels poorly managed and unfair to customers. The food is worth coming back for, but if you’re visiting at lunchtime, be prepared that you might just have to pay for parking despite what the website says.

We’re staying nearby and just visiting but stopped in to try this place. It has an amazing selection of Israeli/ Palestinian foods. I had the rosemary chicken and it was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor. I also had the hummus and pita with the falafel and enjoyed those. The sweet potatoes were really yummy too. Great staff and very good service here. We at outside and enjoyed the outdoor space together. It was not busy at all on a week night.

It’s a little pricey for what it is, but if you’re looking for healthy, tasty, and well cooked food this is a good option.

Awesome spot for a quick lunch. Aviva has some of the best falafel I’ve ever had. The rosemary chicken and all of the sides were wonderful as well. Kind and helpful staff! If we lived in ATL, we’d be regulars!

Very nice staff, nice setup including outdoor seating.

Food was maybe the worse tasting middle eastern food I’ve ever had.

Soup overstated. Everything except the sweet potatoes bland and lackluster.

The “hot” sauce not at all hot.

So disappointed.
