The next future Atlanta Michelin restaurant has entered the chat. This was my second visit here tonight and yes, I came for the food. I embraced the concept of alpine dining and brought my husband here on this visit because we wanted a quick date night since all the kids were gone. Your best accomplishment Avize was winning my husband over. He was so hesitant to come here and afraid he may not enjoy the food but you sure did prove him wrong. From the beautiful eggshell starter to the salad to the pretzel buns to the carrot bolognese and bass, everything was done right. I must admit, I don't eat red meat so this menu was challenging in that I was limited to my options but bravo! You guys nailed every dish I ordered. I actually took the leftover mains home to freeze and enjoy again another day (not sure they will hold up while on vacation but I had to try!). Looking forward to another beautiful meal here soon.

We sat at the largest table. The chairs had no back support and felt as if they would break at any moment. They were extremely uncomfortable and flimsy. We had so much leftover, but the waiter didn't ask to box up anything. They just took it and threw it out. Other tables were leaving with to go bags. I've sat at other tables and the seating was great. However, if you have a larger group (we had 5) you will be seated at a round table with unsturdy chairs that are extremely uncomfortable. Food is great, but service was lacking this visit.

Hands down our favorite restaurant currently in Atlanta - phenomenal service, great menu and incredible food

Unbelievable meal and service - one of the best meals I've had in Atlanta. I'll be there for a second time this week too. It's that incredible.

Excellent with a couple of kinks. Worth a try for sure. The sommelier at our club suggested Avize as an alternative to Atlas, which is high praise, so we wanted to check it out. The food does not disappoint, especially the apps. The “salad” (called something else) is unbelievable. My son doesn't even eat salad and raved about it. The beet carpaccio (yes “beet”) was also delicious. High praise for the gnocchi. The ceviche was pretty good. My sea bass entree was a bit more cooked and thus drier than I typically like (perhaps surprising for a Nordic restaurant) but that's being picky. The other mains were all well liked by my family. The wine pairings were interesting and worth trying. We had a designated driver and opted for the pairing for every dish and most were nice compliments without breaking the bank. We could see why our somm suggested. Overall a good experience and a terrific value. We'd put it into our regular rotation were getting there through downtown from Brookhaven not so terrible. The nits: Valet was confusing and we ended up parking on the 7th floor of a parking deck (all the lower levels were marked “valet only” ugh) and the elevator floor was not labeled correctly so we ended up circumnavigating the building. Service was attentive for the most part but my daughter's mocktail order had to be asked for again. If you order fish, suggest specifying the temperature. None were big deals but feels like they just have a bit more rounding out to do.

We absolutely LOVE Avize. I think they have the most innovative food in the city. The service is impeccable, we had a lovely young lady named Gabby. Our only disappointment was the Pumpkin Cheese Cake. The duck, the lamb, were all superb!

First time in this restaurant. We sat at the bar and service was A+. I started with frog's legs that were very tasty and followed with deer plate that was cooked to perfection with an immaculate presentation. All this accompanied by a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. I'll visit it again time soon.

We went to Avize with our friends for dinner. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and lit. It had a really nice atmosphere. We felt like the service however was quite lacking given the price of this restaurant. Often times during the meal our water glasses were left empty. It seemed like they did not have enough wait-staff in general. The food was really good although my schnitzel was overly salty. If I'm spending this much on dinner I expect top notch service and food. I don't think I can recommend it- there are so many other good places to eat in Atlanta.

The food is five star - innovative and well executed. Server was well educated on food; however soft spoken and you had to strain to hear her. The host team is inexperienced and made assumptions without consulting the guest.

I haven't been this excited about a new restaurant in Atlanta in a long time. The food was exceptional, inventive, delicious, and unique. Looking forward to my next visit!

Pleasant ambiance. Bread and butter service was standout. Staff knowledge of dishes was impeccable.

We enjoyed our experience. The servers were great! The food was delicious and creative and not what we might find on a typical restaurant menu. Some of us do not eat meat and we had plenty of choices.
