Let me just say!!!! B.A.D. Gyal Vegan did NOT come to play! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier ,warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can tell the staff really cares about their food and their customers.

Now for the food… whew! I ordered The Baddest Platter with rice & peas, mac & jeeze, wett wings, trophy cabbage, and voxtail
and let me tell you, every single bite was seasoned with love. The mac & jeeze was creamy perfection, the voxtail had unbelievable flavor, and the wings were everything. I also tried the Sweet Baddie Yams, Honee Butta Cornbread, Cookie Butter Banana Pudding, and washed it all down with the BGV Paradise Punch. Not a single miss. Everything was rich, flavorful, and so satisfying that I forgot it was vegan.

This is comfort food at its finest soulful, creative, and absolutely delicious. Chef Chyna and the team are really doing something special here. If you want vegan food that’s bold, flavorful, and made with love, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

This has become one of my favorite vegan spots in Atlanta!!! I’ve sent many a non vegans to it knowing they will love the food! The chicken sandwich is my go to!! Very kind and friendly!

We came here after seeing great reviews on TikTok, the food was delicious 😋 we got the Voxtail plate with sweet potatoes and Mac n cheese and the garlic flavored cauliflower bites plate with fried sweet plantain and Mac n cheese and also got the sweet chili wet wings. The voxtails were disappointing and didn’t taste any garlic on the cauliflower but the crunch was great. Those wings and the Mac n cheese stole the show🥰

I tried B.A.D. Gyal Vegan for the first time back when they were doing vegan popups in NY ~2018. I was excited when they opened up a brick-and-mortar in Brooklyn. Although they moved to Atlanta a couple of years ago, the food has remained amazing. When I visit Georgia, I will always get it. I went to the Marietta location in the afternoon when I was in Atlanta in July and there was no wait. My favorite is the soy free voxtail obviously, but I've tried so many other things including the greens, mac and cheese, oyster mushroom and wett wings, cornbread, coco bread, yams, empanadas, shrimps, and more. Everything is great, literally anything you order. I hope they continue to expand and open back up in NY one day.

Stopped to try BAD Gyal Vegan while traveling and the only thing I regret is that I may not be able to stop in again soon, because the food was fantastic! I had the chikun sandwich and spinach empanadas, both were delicious. Everything came out pretty quickly, and the portions were huge, only downside to that is not being able to try more! The rest of the surrounding market is so cool, super cool decor, lots of other amazing places to try, but if you’re looking for plant based, this is the one!

Came here for my daughters 2nd Birthday and received a friendly, warm welcome! The food was AMAZING and the portion size will definitely have you full! We will definitely be coming back 😁

I was looking forward to trying out the decatur location, But to my surprise I did not enjoy my food, to the point I didnt even finish eating it all, had to throw it away. I ordered the Voxtail, rice, mac n cheese, greens and my son ordered steak and cheese with fries. My son said his sandwich was just okay and the fries was good. Overall, the greens were good, I did eat all of them but everything else ..very basic and bland, and the portion size is small for the price of the food. I spent $65 yesterday, I expect to at least be satisfied.

I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years and they have the best vegan chicken I’ve ever had!! My non vegetarian friends rave about the food too! The desserts are amazing, my favorite place to eat! The people who work there are so kind and patient- can’t recommend more!!
