B.O.T (Bar of Thailand)

Bar of Thailand is a great restaurant with a beautiful ambiance and amazing food. However, my friend and I left out to-go boxes on our table while we went to the restroom. Once we came back, our food was missing. We explained the situation to an employee, and he notified us that he saw someone leave with the food. When trying to figure out a way to be compensated for the inconvenience, the employee told us to “go eat at home.” We were understanding that kitchen was closed at the time, and our food could not have been remade, but that comment was so unnecessary and unprofessional as someone who works in customer service. Once we went back inside the restaurant to explain our situation to the manager, she agreed to allow us to compensate us for our next return. I look forward to seeing how the customer service is the next time. I hope it is a better experience than the one we had last night.

Cute, trendy restaurant with a very chill vibe. The staff was very attentive. We were a big group and they gave us all separate itemized bills with no problem.

It should be clear when making a reservation (I had a part of 2) that the tables/booths inside are reserved for parties only. Only having the option of the bar or outside completely turned me off and will not likely return.

The food was decent, my concern is the breach in safety. My order was picked up as an Uber order and the bag of food is secured tightly; however, the beverage is in an open top cup with a 1 inch opening in the top. No plastic protective cover, no safety measure in place whatsoever. Just a fully and completely open beverage in the hands of a uber driver. I've ordered from several places that will secure the beverage in a bag or tape the top and sides shut, which I know isn't 100% safe, but Bar Thailand didn't make any effort or even pretend to make the drink safe from tampering.

This has easily become one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta. The service was great, food and drinks were amazing, ambiance was so beautiful, and the DJ was a vibe! Can’t wait to go back!

Awful, would be the one word that describes my experience. Service sucked from the jump and only got worse. It took over 20 mins after getting seated to order drinks. Then the cabernet came out chardonnay. The Modelo was dumped from the bottle like a toddler pouring their own drink. 1/4 beer and 3/4 head, while the bottle remained 3/4 full. Still waiting for the food, but I'm doubtful that this experience gets better! The food was definitely the highlight of the night. 18% gratuity sucks when service was absolutely horrendous.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the restaurant on Saturday night. Our bartender, Lily, crafted the most delightful dirty martini, and the service throughout the evening was exceptional. We began our meal with the coconut soup, which was comforting, followed by the pad see ew with chicken, and we finished with a delicious coconut cake for dessert. It was such a satisfying dining experience that I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m really looking forward to exploring the other options on the menu!

The food was delicious! I ordered the curry brisket it was delicious. The decor is nice as well. Our waiter was really good. I went on a Saturday they had a DJ he was really good. Parking is awful the restaurant itself is very small. I ordered the fried rice and the portion size was extremely small for the price. They add 20% gratuity for groups of ten people and they don’t take Apple Pay even though they have the machine to do it. Overall the food was delicious. Just wish parking and prices changed.

BOT is a one and done for me. They have a tiny parking garage beside the place but it was full so I had to find different parking. It took me 30 minutes to find somewhere to park. The food was okay not the greatest. I came with a party of 25 people and we only had 1 server for the entire table. She did the best she could but our food and drinks came out slow. Great place for photos, but I have no desire to come back.

I loved the decoration at this place. The music was not loud. I ordered the lobster rice mild 10/10 I recommend.
