Loved our first experience at Bachi Box! I got the chicken hibachi and my husband got the steak hibachi, both had great flavor. The food came out fast and the portion sizees were huge. Please go try it and keep them in business, we need more casual and affordable food options in the area.

I kept seeing this place and I absolutely love Japanese cuisine, so I decided to finally drop in on my birthday as a meal I would like. AMAZING FOOD!! The freshness and quality of the food was top tier. You also get more than enough food for the price and it’s enough to split between two people or have leftovers (if you don’t eat it all 😊). Honestly it tastes even better the next day after I saved half of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you BACHI BOX for creating such wonderful, flavorful meals and making my birthday even better ! I’ll be coming back for sure!!

I’m only giving 3 stars for the service the food was severely under seasoned, not a lick of salt or pepper or garlic or nothing just meat and rice & tasted like nothing. I rarely have bad hibachi but it was not good. Food is fresh though so kudos to that

We love this restaurant for a fast-casual bite! The portions are HUGE and the protein is good quality. Great flavor on everything. I usually get the combo hibachi and can get 2 meals out of it, then my bf gets the wings, which we both love!

I'm not sure why Bachi Box has so many great reviews... We thought we would give it a try, but sorry we did. While the staff seemed nice, it was extremely overpriced, with food that was just not good. The entire plate was bland, with meat that was low quality. Like another reviewer said you get one small side of sauce, and little extra cups are 50 cents each. For $50 for 2 people for lunch (2 meals and 2 bottled drinks), you can get way better food (and service) from other places (and sit in air conditioning). We won't be back and can't recommend this place.

Food is great. But they only give you one yum yum sauce for an entire plate of hibachi. Charge 50 cent for additional sauces. It should come with 2 minimum. Mind you, the sauce containers are not all the way filled up.
