Shame. I usually really like Baja fresh. The steak was absolutely disgusting and the service was so rude disrespectful and short. You could tell they (especially the woman) didn't care whatsoever and were not helpful at all

I love me some Baja Fresh, was here on a layover and was surprised to see they had one. Sadly I did not get to eat there. The staff is beyond rude, as many of the reviews have pointed out. Who ever is hiring for this location should be fired along with the entire front facing staff. This location makes Baja Fresh look like a terrible place to eat and it’s not. This location offers a smaller menu BTW, so they don’t have some of the special burritos.

Don’t come here expecting Chipotle or Qdoba. Bland offshoot lacks flavor and nowhere near the selection of add ins as the competition. Charged an extra buck for cheese too. There are better places in A and E concourses.

Stood at the counter and watched a gentleman wiping counters. He finally looked and asked if I wanted to order. I said yes, and he said the line starts there. He walked the one foot down the counter and asked what I wanted. I said that I would a chicken burrito. He then said we not serving burritos and walked away. He couldn't have been more rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there. Terrible customer service!!

Walked up to the counter and the young gentleman working behind the counter acted like I was disturbing him because he was eating chips out of a bag and yelled at me “WHAT DO YOU WANT?!” This was on 6/10/25 at 3:30pm

Customer service is a joke. I walked up to the place and greeted two young ladies. No response so I asked are y’all good, and they just looked at me. We stared at each other until I then asked can I order and she just looked at the sign and walked off. For the life of me I don’t understand people that work a customer service job and don’t display customer service. I could understand if I was rude or nasty. I walked up and Greeted both young ladies twice. I GREETED THEM TWICE. Needless to say I didn’t spend my money here.

Workers were extremely rude and incompetent. When I asked a worker to repeat themselves because I couldn’t understand them, she yelled at me harshly and loud enough for the people in front of us to make a comment about it. They also didn’t clarify what was extra charge and what wasn’t. Then, when a member of my party merely asked if an item was extra charge or not, the worker responded with a nasty attitude and told her to “read the sign because it’s right there.” The food overall was edible but not anything great. The portions were small but tasted okay. Don’t waste your time or money here.
