We got Baja fresh today at the oddities expo in downtown Atlanta and it was so fresh tasting and so absolutely amazing. I was actually in shock. I cannot wait to eat it again but I don’t know why there’s a 3.9 but the food was unbelievable seriously unbelievable it was beyond fresh And actually the colors of all of the ingredients was really not to be believed and I cannot believe that I’m writing this about a nachos lunch!!!!!

We stopped in for lunch and had a disappointing experience. We ordered nachos, which are listed with cheese on the menu, but were unexpectedly charged an extra $1.25 for queso we neither asked for nor wanted. Then, the chicken quesadilla we ordered for my son arrived without any chicken. We didn’t realize until he had already eaten part of it and some guacamole. The staff did remake the quesadilla, but wouldn’t serve it with guacamole the second time, so he had to eat it plain. Between the extra charge, the missing chicken, and no apology for either mistake, the service just felt careless.

I wanted to come here to redeem my birthday reward but didn’t have much time to dine-in. I called the location to ask if they had curbside pickup (which is listed as available on the app, but on Maps they didn’t have parking or a drive-thru). I was ignored for several calls before a woman picked up. I had to repeat my question several times, she heard me but didn’t understand, and then hung up on me without answering my question. I tried calling again— got ignored again— and then another woman picked up. This one heard me ask the question and put me on mute. Didn’t even say “hold please” or hung up. Just kept me on the line on mute. I’m writing this as I’m still on the call waiting for a response— I’ve been on hold for almost 10 minutes. Even worse, my birthday reward expires today and this was my last chance. I was looking forward to eating here, but the service was extremely disappointing.

Visited this Baha Fresh location last week for lunch after going through the Georgia Aquarium. Service was good. They have a nice view of downtown as well. All of us had quesadillas (steak or chicken). There was plenty of meat and you get sour cream and guacamole as dipping sides. We also received chips and they have a salsa bar for you to choose your favorite. Overall a good lunch location while visiting the Aquarium or the World of Coke.

Unfortunately, it was not a clean place, and service was not good: we got not what we ordered, but we decided not to waste time on talking to the cashier, but eat what we got and leave. I expected a bit more for the place with such great location.
Great experience overall. Super friendly service with the food truck at Six Bridges Brewing. First time trying Baja Fresh and really enjoyed it. Will definitely be trying again. Great prices too!

Tacos were flavorless and dry. Taquitos had a nice crunch. Rice was good. Did like the chips. Loaded nachos might be the way to go.
