Ordered online and the restaurant was not open when I arrived. Won’t pick up their phone so I cannot get a refund.
I ordered a chicken bánh mì today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The larger Hispanic man working the register was incredibly lazy, dismissive, and downright unpleasant. He had a headphone in one ear while working — completely unprofessional for someone in a customer-facing role.
When I placed my order for food and water, I had to remind him to give me my water, and instead of simply handing it over, he rushed me with an irritated “yeah, yeah.” When my order was ready (about 10 minutes later), he didn’t even bother to call it out like he did for everyone else’s — luckily, I happened to be standing close by and noticed the order number myself, otherwise my food would have just sat there.
The entire interaction felt careless and disrespectful. The service was rude, inattentive, and unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and management seriously needs to remove this person from the register before he drives away more customers.
Update: The owner responded 2 hours ago on 9/29/25. The response is very disappointing. It completely avoids addressing the fact that the employee’s behavior was unacceptable and gives no indication that any disciplinary action will be taken. A generic apology without accountability doesn’t resolve the issue or reassure future customers.

If you want authentic pho do don’t buy it from here. Trust me I grew up eating pho and this is not it. First and last time I tried it me and my wife got it to go. Broth was super oily it was so bad we only took about 3 bites. Don’t waste your money here don’t recommend.

This is the best Banh Mi Sandwich in atlanta.
I know you would think Buford Highway, however the bread is toasted perfectly and my favorite is the Brisket Banh Mi… it’s loaded and the flavors are amazing with the fresh cilantro and extra jalapeños…

Been here twice. The banh mi both times were just fine. Gave this place a low rating though because the shrimp rolls were so bad, I couldn’t finish them, and I HATE wasting food. The cucumber was so bitter and even the noodles tasted off. Bleh. Going to avoid this place from now on. Go to Buford Highway for banh mi, and go to one of the many other establishments at Chattahoochee Works if you’re in the area.
I think hands down the worst vermicelli noodles I have ever had. The cold bún dish is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant menu item, which is always so refreshing on a warm day, I was looking forward to trying it here. But the noodles were steaming hot and it wilted all the salad greens. The cucumbers were so bitter I couldn’t eat them. The meat was bland and dry, and the sauce basically only tasted of watered down fish sauce. The only good part was the picked carrot and daikon- the spring rolls were alright as well- but I didn’t even eat half despite behind hungry. Can’t speak to the other menu items as I did not try them, but I would not get the vermicelli noodles here.

I like the food and atmosphere a lot!
Love the food here!
Do not get the purple fries. I was wondering why there were no photos!
Had the Pho. It was the worst i’ve had.
The broth tasted like purely meat water, No flavor at all. Not sure if it’s really authentic Vietnamese as I’ve had way better. On the plus side the worker was nice. But will not be returning!
Delicious grilled pork banh mi and Vietnamese coffee. I wasn't expecting it to be spicy, so the added kick was nice. My experience would've been more pleasant if the staff were friendlier. No one likes to have their banh mi thrown at them.
