Food was so good and the customer service was the best
Nice looking spot. Lobster spots and nachos and cheese were good
Food , Atmosphere and Service from Nae was A1. The seasoning on the fried fish , the mac & cheese was creamy, the lemonade was refreshing all done well!
Friendly staff💯 great experience from start to finish 🫶🏿
Couldn't get service or a table.
Really nice staff. The bartender was really nice as well. GREAT MUSIC. Killer Mike was personable and friendly. I ordered the crab claws. Just need a little salt, little lemon juice maybe some old bay but otherwise they were decent.
Beyond amazing
Thank you Killer Mike and TIP for bringing this restaurant to the hood, this is what buying back the hood is! This brings the area up some and gives the ghetto some essence. The drinks are good and the food is priced well for the area. Thank you 🙏🏽
Overall I’m disappointed. I feel like it’s overpriced and I can’t make substitutions to my orders. I ordered catfish and shrimp meal. My order came out and it was not done so I had to wait 15+ mins for it to come back out. Probably won’t come back.
Food was Service was on point. Atmosphere was very relaxed, clean.

Nice atmosphere. Food was overpriced. I saw people and myself returning food. My food was burnt. The appetizer came after the main course.
We came in from out of town to visit family. I was looking for a nice day date location with the wife who loves seafood. Bankhead Seafood and our server Nay were incredible. We had drinks, apps, and the seafood platters. The pricing was on par with other restaurants in the city. The food was amazing. They served us large portions and everything was packed with flavor. Personally I enjoyed the crab claws and the wife liked the catfish best. Nay was nice enough to give us the history of Bankhead Seafood and Momma Harden. Overall our experience was dope and we're rooting for Bankhead to succeed.
Food was well seasoned and generous portions for the price. It was also ready when promised. My new quick seafood spot!
I tried the Bankhead platter with catfish and shrimp which was a nice size portion to share for 2 or eat alone if you are hungry. The catfish was very fishy and not completely fried. The shrimp was good and I wish the fries had a little seasoning on them. We also had the lemon pepper wings wet which we really enjoyed. Those were fried just right and seasoned well. Inside is nice but a lot of fruit flies flying around by the bar area. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
Never AGAIN!
I am so upset in the quality of my food. The fish has almost no breading/batter on it. It’s hard and obviously old! I wish I could upload a photo! Please change the name to something else - those who know the real Bankhead Seafood are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! YULK
