We were deep in it, man, buried under papers and numbers and the hum of a future house, my wife glowing at seventeen weeks pregnant and me wired tight, scared to look away for a second in case the whole thing slipped through my fingers. Two days into due diligence and my mind was racing miles ahead of my body. Still, we said yes to Banshee. Said yes to friends we hadn’t seen in too long. Said yes to the night.

I can understand why this restaurant has a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The quality of the food and drinks were amazing. The duck pasta was delicious and don't skip the fry bread with pepperoni butter. Tbe service was also great. Our waiter was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately I can't recall his name after such good drinks, but he had a ponytail and glasses and gave great recommendations. I will definitely be back as Banshee has quickly become somewhere that...
