Firstly I want to say, our server was phenomenal, she was incredibly attentive and very informative. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything else was good not great. The host was a short and kinda rude. The drinks were fine. The bread was cold which was disappointing. The salad was huge, but none of the lettuce was cut up. To the point we had to as our server how to mix it and she didnt really know. The steak was divine but a very small portion for 50 dollars. Fries were an AMAZING texture, but over salted. All in all. Good, not great. I probably wont be back soon. 3.5 stars

We came here last year and had a great experience. Went again last night and was underwhelmed. The service was just ok no issues but nothing great either. We got the shareable steak option and it was tiny. Maybe 3-4 pieces each for over $135. Maybe the strip steak option would have been better. Fries salad and bread were all good. Overall I just think the value isn't there. Nice atmosphere though.

Went here on Friday night. The food was good, but unfortunately the overall experience didn’t match. The drinks were pretty mid( overpriced) for quality. Service was the biggest issue — we had long wait times for drinks, appetizers, entrees, and even getting the bill. The staff seemed disengaged and had trouble remembering a few basic requests, which made the experience feel unorganized.

We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation. The employee recommended that we stand outside in the cold while we waited for our table to be ready. The host was not apologetic at all about the wait or us standing in the cold. The steak, salad, bread, and drinks were good. The fries were amazing, probably the best fries I've ever had.

DO NOT GO ON THE PATIO WHEN IT IS COLD OUT. We eat at Bar Blanc a few times a year and enjoy the flight (e.g., salad, steak, frites, baguette, sauce), the service and atmosphere. It’s a great place to come with my college bound children for steak and frites. When I went with family in August everything was great except the service. I thought perhaps it was an “off” night. However we went this evening and were disappointed. I made a reservation for outside assuming, like most Atlanta restaurants with seating in the outdoor patio area when it is 45 degrees outside they would have physical barriers like curtains and strong heaters, only to find they had small heaters, no physical barriers to contain the heat or keep out the cold and no blankets. It was freezing. Everyone sitting outside kept their coats on. The cold weather and the inability for Bar Blanc to keep the area at a comfortable temperature impacted the food which may have come out hot but was cold within seconds.The Béarnaise sauce was so cold we were unable to pour it. The steak was cold. The fries were cold and uneditable and we usually fight over the fries! We decided to skip desert, and miss the flourless chocolate cake, due to how uncomfortably cold it was. Dinner which is normally good was disappointing. The wagyu steak was chewy and not worth the additional cost. The service was terrible. They weren’t busy. We asked for an additional bag of bread but it never arrived. The server did not check to see how we were doing. It took quite some time to get the check (or perhaps it felt that way as I was uncomfortably cold. We will give Bar Blanc another chance because it’s a teen favorite, but only if indoor seating is available.

When we went to close out the bartender charged me incorrectly & then instead of asking for my card to fix the mistake and recharge me for the correct amount he then stated that he “just ran my card again”. Which honestly concerns me because how did they just “run my card again” for a different amount without my consent or my actual physical card!?? All in all, not what we had hoped for or expected. The staff also gave an entitled better than you attitude which was not lovely to be around!

After we got past the host asking us to move tables after being seated (he did this again to another couple), we had a delicious meal and thought our server was delightful, drinks delicious and we had an overall very nice experience). Lovely little spot. The gentleman who is the host needs some serious training. The poor hostess that has to follow his lead and seat people and then move them according to him deserves a raise and possibly his position.

Small amount of seating inside so expect to sit outside regardless of weather. Staff was accommodating with heaters. The seating outside can be interesting as you are right next to the tables on either side of you making conversation with your table partner a bit odd.

Bar Blanc is my go-to spot to bring all of my friends! You always know exactly what you're going to get, so you can really just enjoy the experience. On my last visit, we had Bri as our server and she was amazing! Super attentive, funny, and knowledgeable. We had the best time with her! However, every time I go - the service is always 10/10. They have a forever customer in me!

We all thought the more common taller heating elements would have worked better. The steak and sauces were tasty and the frites were divine. That said, don't think I need to go back.
