Enjoyed Afternoon Tea with the girls at Brasserie Margot. The set up was beautiful and tea, food and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
We had the best experience at Brasserie Margot. I was very impressed with the atmosphere, the service, and the food. They accommodated a gluten allergy so well and our server, Travis, was truly fantastic. We both ordered the chicken and agreed that it was some of best chicken we had ever had. The potatoes, mushrooms, bread, including the gluten free bread, and crème brûlée were all phenomenal as well. The quality of the food and experience for the cost was amazing. It was affordable compared to many other Atlanta restaurants. I would highly recommend and plan to come back.
Sorry, but the value for money isn't really there. Especially considering that parking is paid as well. They were out of the dishes we wanted and I wish they would've mentioned that when we were first seated. We both ended up getting the french onion soup and the steak frites. The soup was nice and very filling on it on. The steak frites, however, were some of the worst I've ever had. The fries were cold and the “medium-rare” steak was overcooked. Would not recommend.
Food taste amazing. It was super quiet in the restaurant on a Thursday evening with on 2 other parties in the entire restaurant. The ambiance & atmosphere I would have given 5 star but unfortunately the bathroom takes you through the center of the hotel which takes away for the vibe they are going for. I would recommend and I would return.
Brasserie Margot – A Hidden Gem Worth Every Bite If you're like me, reserving a table at a hotel restaurant doesn't usually top the list in a city like Atlanta, where standout dining options are around every corner. But Brasserie Margot completely changed my perspective. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional — a perfect evening celebrating my daughter's birthday. She's a fellow foodie, and we dine out often, but rarely do we return to a restaurant unless it's truly top-notch. Life's too short for average meals, and Brasserie Margot delivered excellence at every turn. Atmosphere & Service: The warmth of the staff set the tone immediately. When my phone battery died mid-meal, the restaurant manager graciously offered to charge it — a small gesture, but one that reflects genuine hospitality. Our server, Travis, deserves special mention. Personable, knowledgeable, and effortlessly professional, he made the evening feel personal and elevated. He's absolutely one of the best in the business. Drinks: The bar program is first-rate. Craft cocktails were meticulously balanced — each pour measured and precise, resulting in drinks that were both creative and classic in execution. Cuisine: The entrées were timed perfectly and arrived piping hot. The menu offers French cuisine with a refined American influence, and every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Each bite showcased technique, flavor, and attention to detail. Hospitality: When two of our wine selections turned out to be unavailable, the staff didn't miss a beat — they graciously comped a far more expensive bottle at the same price point, a gesture that turned a small inconvenience into a memorable highlight. Final Thoughts: From the cocktails to the cuisine, from the service to the ambiance, Brasserie Margot impressed on every level. It's rare to find a restaurant that nails both polish and personality — but this one does. Whether you're a guest of the hotel or a local Atlantan
The service was outstanding and ambiance good. The food wasn't impressive. Meh at best. We were disappointed and won't be returning.
Our server, Yani, was outstanding! She was warm and welcoming to us the minute we sat down. She went through the menu with us, got our coffees quickly, and made sure our order was exactly what we wanted. I requested gluten free toast, and she brought me the most beautiful bread, twisted in a long knot, made from sweet potato. They were delicious! We will definitely be returning.
Absolute 10/10. From the valet, to the hostess, to our server. My girl loved the experience.
Only two people working and our server was nice but the overall service was poor. We asked for things that never came. It's a beautiful restaurant but they need to get it together. Oh and then they left me a vm saying they charged the entire dinner on one card but then we checked and they did split it so clearly they were understaffed.
A great french restaurant. We went for a special occasion lunch, and we would do it again.

Lovely ambience. I may have been disappointed due to expectations. I had seen Instagram posts indicating the Brasserie was fine French dining. While the room was attractive, the food felt like decent hotel fare. Not a destination for a meal.
A recent visit to the Four Seasons Hotel Bar in Atlanta proved to be nothing short of extraordinary. A masterclass in hospitality nestled within the embrace of one of the city’s finest luxury hotels.
From the moment we were seated, we were cared for by Bonnie, a server whose attentiveness and genuine warmth transformed a simple evening into a memorable occasion. She struck that rare balance between professionalism and familiarity, anticipating our needs with grace and ensuring we felt entirely at ease. Her thoughtful suggestions and unobtrusive nature made us feel less like guests and more like honored friends.
Equally impressive was the sommelier, whose depth of knowledge was matched only by her ability to communicate it with clarity and charm. She guided us through a nuanced wine selection, the bottle perfectly aligned with our tastes and the mood of the evening. Her passion evident without being ostentatious.
True refinement lies in thoughtful details and human touch. We left feeling indulged yet sincerely appreciated.

We just visited Bar Margot for the first time and had a great experience with Olivia, our server. We visited between lunch and dinner service, so it was quiet and we had a chance to get to know everyone. Olivia was such an excellent guide through the menus, friendly and knowledgeable and not afraid to make recommendations (that ended up being great). She’s a great example of the kind of top tier customer service that we’ve come to expect from the Four Seasons, and we really appreciated the whole experience! We had the chips & dip, the french onion soup, the deviled eggs, and chicken wings. Each item was on point.

This was my dining experience of the year - from the greeting at the podium to our seating to the fantastic sorbet for dessert in these amazing frozen cups. Travis gave us a level of service which took me back to some of the best restaurants in the world which I have experienced. At every turn the chef took us on a tour of traditional French dishes with his play on them and it was extraordinary. For example, the fois gras which exceeded all expectations with the chef's addition of jam and truffles. EVEN the bread and butter would create remark. The key: in-house made rolls with local Banner Butter with salt and chives. I cannot recommend this restaurant experience higher and i know that I will return.
The space is beautifully designed. The food was delicious. The service was fine . Being that this was at the four seasons hotel, I did have higher expectations, though. The check was dropped at the table before I asked for it and before I was even done eating. Once I was done eating, my plate was never cleared from the table . If I was eating at a diner, this would've been expected but again this is the four seasons. I will still be back because the food was delicious
