Why ask for allergies when you don’t take them seriously? I have celiac disease and always mark my gluten allergy. Because I’ve had issues here before, I always follow up with a staff person to make sure they know to use a corn tortilla. Ordered from Uber Eats today and followed up with a call to confirm my order, my allergy and my need for a corn tortilla. When my food arrived, it was a flour tortilla. Very disappointing, and I had to throw it away. I’ve always loved Bartaco but won’t try again or recommend to anyone with allergies.Dietary restrictions: They for allergies on every menu item, but the kitchen either doesn’t understand allergies (especially gluten) or doesn’t care.

My boyfriend and I eat at bar taco on a regular basis. We rotate locations, but tonight we decided to go to the location in Buckhead. We placed our order digitally as soon as we sat down. It took a while for the food to come out, but the guac never came. After an hour we decided to ask the “waiter” to cancel it. We ordered dessert when our tacos arrived and after 40 minutes we asked our waiter to just cancel it. When we asked for a time frame all she said was that it wasn’t in the window and that the kitchen loses tickets all the time so she doesn’t know when/if it’ll be ready. No apology from Jasmine. She seemed annoyed we even asked. She asked if had somewhere we needed to be…? While waiting for our food and the staff knowing the kitchen was backed up, they continued to seat people. It was a slap in the face to people waiting forever for their food and for the people just now sitting. As a server, im understanding when it comes to a backed up kitchen, but lack of communication, consideration and accountability is unacceptable. What a disappointing way to spend money that I work hard for. Respect your time and money more than to eat here. Bar taco needs new management ASAP.

Great atmosphere at a great location right next to the Iva, Johnny's Hideaway, punchline comedy club, and much more. A bit disappointed with the drink options. There's no beer on tap and a very limited amount to choose from in cans. None in bottles, at least when I went last Saturday. The whiskey drink we ordered had about 1/2 shot in it.....def far from a full shot for a regular drink.

The rotisserie chicken and green sauce that comes with it is phenomenal. Only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because on multiple occasions I have had to put the chicken in the broiler upon arriving at home because it was not fully cooked, other than that it is really good.

We came in for my sister’s 30th birthday and the service was so awful that it ruined the experience. A friend wanted ice, we had the card up, and I had to ask 3 times before she got it. The dude made sure to know he was annoyed by our request and slammed it on the table. Food was taken from the table before people were finished eating, we had to basically beg to get water refills, my husband’s whiskey was one finger, and when we ordered dessert and coffee it took so long that everyone else was ready to go. They packed the desserts up to go, when we planned to eat them in house, and literally dropped the bag on the table and walked away. When my brother asked about our coffees the person ran off. She brought one to the table and by that point I just asked for both of them to be taken off. I can’t remember the last time we had service this bad, and I feel worse that it happened while trying to celebrate my little sister’s birthday. Do better.

Bartaco has Mexican food & it was great. We had the Shrimp & Chicken Tacos, sat outside on the patio. Service was awesome, our waitress checked on us often. The Ambiance was nice and the restaurant was clean. Bartaco menu, has a QR code scanned by your smartphone. You can place your food and drink order, using their QR code, also you can pay your tab, using the same QR code. Parking is free, located in a busy shopping center. Great location in Buckhead.
