The best part about this place was the outdoor seating and the fresh mojito. The QR ordering process was not efficient, and felt like we were given no choice when our waitress told us “I’d just have to keep coming back to the table and checking on you” when we asked about the paper menu route. I had the baja fish taco and the shrimp one. Both were 3 stars. Nothing ecstatic. Don’t order the rice. Plantains were great. At the end of it all we requested a printed receipt since we also had to pay on our phone, in which it took half an hour for them to provide one, and did so with an attitude.

Guacamole was great. Fish taco was very good. Cauliflower taco was not good at all. Kind of expensive for what you get, and music was loud.

I usually really enjoy all the bartaco locations, but my experience at dinner last night really has me questioning ever spending money or time at this restaurant again.Don’t act like it’s a big deal to go get people paper menus and a physical check at the end of a meal. It’s not a big deal. The vast majority of restaurants still do this. If I wanted to have minimal interaction with a server and solely use my phone to order, I would order takeout or delivery.I think in an effort to outsource ordering and service to phones, these servers have forgotten how to actually speak to people and take drink orders, etc. There are so many restaurants in Atlanta with both good food and service; spend your money at a restaurant with better service.

I had a pretty terrible experience here for a friend's birthday party. First, we understood reservations were not available, so we called ahead to put our name on the waitlist as we had 10 people. We arrived, and our name was not on the list. We double checked and we had a text confirmation that we had joined the wait list 40 mins prior and for the correct Bartaco. The host smiled and basically said "tough luck, it'll be 30 mins". 30 mins? That's no problem. An hour passes. When we ask for our place in line, the host shrugs and says "you're on there". After about an hour 20, we are finally seated. We order our food on separate cards. Again, we have 10 people. Our food then comes out BY TACO TYPE. So we have four chicken tacos on one plate that we have to yell down the table to figure out who ordered what. We would receive a couple plates of random tacos at a time, but then 10-15 mins would pass between items coming out. We eventually had to flag down a different waiter who helped us get 6-7 missing items about 40 mins after our first bits of food came out. I understand if it's busy or the kitchen is backed up, but it was truly such an unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend for any groups over 4.

This place uses weird app for ordering food. We waiting for 30 minutes and food and drinks never arrived. We finally spoke to an employee who said they all hate the app but there’s nothing they can do about it because the management chooses it.Won’t be back.

Can't recommend the tacos at BarTaco as the FOOD order NEVER ARRIVED during my dine-in experience! My recent visit to BarTaco in Inman Park was disappointing due to a significant lack of service and organization. As a first-time visitor, I was uncertain about the seating process, with no staff acknowledging my presence or providing guidance. Fortunately, manager Gustavo explained the online ordering system, as the menu and ordering were done digitally.Although the appetizer arrived promptly, the main course, specifically the tacos, took an excessive 40 minutes. Frustrated, I approached another manager about the delay. Unfortunately, when the order finally arrived, it was incorrect, highlighting ongoing service issues.Gustavo's intervention helped by removing the items that never arrived from my check. While the ambiance and food appearance were acceptable, the overall customer experience suffered due to service shortcomings. Despite Gustavo's commendable efforts, the incompetence of another manager leaves me hesitant to return. There are likely better dining options available, and I would caution others to choose wisely.EDIT POST ENCOUNTER: Bartaco reached out tome asking through email to remove my review, I decide not to!After being reached out through corporate and filling their report I was offered A FREE TACO. Finally I am amazed on the audacity of these people. Bartaco, NEVER AGAIN!

Tacos are always good at Bartaco! Today they did not have the Crispy Oyster ones! I was heart broken! The sesame rib-eye tacos made me feel better though. Had a pomegranate caipirinha that was pretty amazing. No pics. I was too hungry.
