I ordered 2 3 scoop sundaes and there’s maybe 1 scoop of ice cream! How do you get away with treating customers like this. Do you even know what a scoop is? And you put the Carmel topping on the wrong sundae! Can you not read either? I showed a picture of what a scoop should be! Shame on you!!!

Their ice cream labels were either missing or on the wrong ice creams and they didn't have any chocolate ice cream. We asked about an unlabeled ice cream, they said it was egg nog. We didn't realize until we left that it was a cake batter ice cream. Management needs to step up at this location.

Ice cream cake Oreo topping with Oreo ice cream is freezer burned. Bought for my son’s birthday per his request. Very disappointed this year. Purchased from the store freezer, did not custom order. Not sure why they are selling old cakes.

The entire experience was subpar. I recommend Cold Stone or Bruster’s. The order was incorrect. I would advise any customer coming here to retrieve their receipt before pulling off.
Poor customer service all around. I had to ask for a bag and spoons. When I arrived at home it wasn’t what I ordered. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very unfriendly service and long wait times. When we attempted to sit down, all the tables were dirty and in disarray. The workers watched me clean our table off, which was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Over 12 dollars for two scoops of ice cream? No thanks.Context: I always order two scoops of chocolate in a triple-scoop cup with five or six maraschino cherries. Two weeks ago at this location, I paid just over $8 for this, which is high, but fine. The next time I ordered it in Loganville, it was under $4. Tonight, they actually tried to charge over TWELVE DOLLARS. Her reasoning? The six cherries alone were over $5 and the double-scoop is $5. I went down the street to Bruster's and paid $6.72 for the exact same order. Who in their right mind would pay a dollar a piece for maraschino cherries?
