The young men working here were rude and unprofessional. They kept doing this swimming motion over the ice cream and messed up my order. Not the experience I would expect from such a staple location.

Ordered my son his birthday cake weeks in advance, we went to pick up and they had no cake!! After talking w employees about where our cake was, they told us they use a third party and they couldn’t give us a refund and we had to call a 800 number for a refund! Completely unacceptable manager was terrible battlefield blvd Chesapeake va location. Will never use a Baskin Robbins again.

A lady with pink and black hair closed the store at 5:30pm and ignored me standing at the door as she rapidly closed up the shop with a sign on the door stating that they closed at 6p. No regard for the customer just in a haste to get the heck up outta there. Please get better with customer service at this location. It’s so unpleasant to visit this shop and be treated like I did not intended to spend money. I’ll also be calling corporate about this.
