They have renovated the inside and now have a public bath. It's so nice and clean.

A lady with pink and black hair closed the store at 5:30pm and ignored me standing at the door as she rapidly closed up the shop with a sign on the door stating that they closed at 6p. No regard for the customer just in a haste to get the heck up outta there. Please get better with customer service at this location. It’s so unpleasant to visit this shop and be treated like I did not intended to spend money. I’ll also be calling corporate about this.

This has been our to go place for cakes and ice cream for years. The customer service used to be outstanding, the young employees were great, you could tell they were trained well. Unfortunately the last few times that same customer service has gone downhill, not sure if it's a new manager or owner but the man that used to be there on our previous visits is not longer there and the woman manager or owner is as dry as sandpaper, acts like she is doing you a favor and appears to be bothered by your presence. No going above and beyond here anymore and after spending over $40 on our last visit we rather take our hard earned money were it's appreciated.

I went to place my family's order while my parents were in the car, and off the bat the service was great. Absolutely Great! The man who was taking my order was so attentive and so nice. And then (after ordering 6 scoops of ice cream) I got to the counter where I was greeted by the cashier and he was also great, An I looked down and saw that the chip reader was broken (My moms card can't swipe or tap) I wasn't able to figure out what to do, and then the man said "you know, I might as well try to be a little more generous." And pulled out his card, and bought our ($26 worth of) Ice cream. It made our day! Sadly I forgot to get their names, but I was in there at around 8 PM December 27 2023.
