This B-R has to be the worst location in Atlanta, it doesn't matter the times I go there they never have hot fudge or just 1 or 2 flavors of the 31 flavors I like, apparently based off other reviews I am not alone in feeling this way about this location. I guess not all B-Rs are created equally. Please do better or just leave this area.

No one working drive thru, no one working inside, and it looks like they’ve increased prices. I’d be surprised if they make another sale before going belly up. Clown show.

Customer service sucked, the ladies did not make me feel welcomed May 25 at 5:15pm. The ladies had empty containers on display & particular drinks were sold out like Mango Nada. The ice cream was EXTRA soft already melting inside a broke cone. I will not be returning!

My review is no longer posted, so I'm adding it again. Read all the reviews and don't go here. I went two times and had bad experiences both times. They're out of items consistently, and the staff are rude. Guess whoever owns this franchise doesn't care because nothing changes. The location is close to me, but I travel to a different store because it's not worth the aggravation.

their machines are always broken and the drive thru is always closed once Dunkin isn't really running for the day

Went to drive thru and lady said they dont sell cappucino blast any more at this location. So sad that people don't want to work and just want to be paid.

Just went through the drive thru and after waiting 20 minutes for only 2 cars in front of me I ordered a milkshake. I was told “we aren’t doing milkshakes today”. I then asked for a single scoop in a cone. The response was “ugh- well it’s going to be a while”. I replied “for a single scoop at an ice cream shop?” She simply said yes and I told her nevermind. Will not be returning even though it’s such a convenient location. Service is deplorable.

Toyae’s Kitchen, Food was delicious always made with Love. Have not had a bad meal from there. She always seasoned her food just right, I have no complaints will go back again and again ❤️ ❤️
Ordered a chocolate milkshake and got vanilla ice cream with maybe one drop of chocolate syrup. This location is consistently the worst BR I’ve been to.

Gave us the wrong cake and on top of that had horrible writing on it, it almost looked like a 5 year old did it. The ice cream cake was good though can’t complain about just very disappointing we received the wrong cake.

Arrived at 9:05 after driving about 11 miles to get to this location at guess what…they were CLOSED! Based on the other comments alone, whoever owns or manages this place with be out of business or out of a job very soon!!!
