Just went through the drive thru and after waiting 20 minutes for only 2 cars in front of me I ordered a milkshake. I was told “we aren’t doing milkshakes today”. I then asked for a single scoop in a cone. The response was “ugh- well it’s going to be a while”. I replied “for a single scoop at an ice cream shop?” She simply said yes and I told her nevermind. Will not be returning even though it’s such a convenient location. Service is deplorable.

Gave us the wrong cake and on top of that had horrible writing on it, it almost looked like a 5 year old did it. The ice cream cake was good though can’t complain about just very disappointing we received the wrong cake.

Arrived at 9:05 after driving about 11 miles to get to this location at guess what…they were CLOSED! Based on the other comments alone, whoever owns or manages this place with be out of business or out of a job very soon!!!

I won’t give them a 1 star but it’s definitely not a 5 star Dunkin/ baskin experience.Most of the reviews are right they have zero flavors anyone would want & that is not the employees fault that’s management or owners fault - These stores are franchised. With that being said the owners need to get with it! There is NO reason I should have to drive to Cobb pkwy to get ice cream when I pass this location EVERYDAY. ?Order the popular flavors already d@m!Service is usually good no complaints they are there to work & I’m thankful they showed up tbh.I won’t be back until I know for sure yall have flavor of the months or at least icing on the cake!! ?

I bought a cappuccino blast and to wait ten minutes for them to tell me they have no vanilla ice cream. I said use something of the equivalent and they said they don’t have anything. The worst service ever! Will never be back!
Baskin Robbins, wake up!!! Your employees are running this place into the ground. They don't ever have any flavors that customers want, they close an hour early most days and don't want to serve customers while open. Its always a waste of time driving here, just to be disappointed EVERY TIME!! This place needs to close down and let another business come in that wants to serve it customers!! Bad service, worse employees

Just don’t go there everyone in that place is very unprofessional including the managers? I went too pick up a cake yesterday for my son that was ordered a day before and when I get there the employees that work there don’t know what I am thinking about when I get their say that thay don’t know anything about a cake but I have a recipe online we’re I ordered it and they still proceeded to tell me that they don’t know nothing about a cake, and when I showed him a picture of the cake, one of the employees in the store insist that the key is in the freezer so I got the cake but it’s the wrong cake when I get too the party so we call the manager and said we have the wrong cake. So thay said we sorry you can come get the cake in the morning? Not telling us we need that cake we took so we can exchange it?♂️ so tell me why would you give me a cake and expecting me not too eat it when I drove 13 miles to get it and they expect it back? for exchanging and it a icecreme cake and I am taking it to powder springs now and they want me too hold a cake for a party and bring it back the next day after the party for the rite cake. Exactly this is when I get there expecting the my cake I am sorry your employees are stupid and do know how to contact your boss and find out what I am taking about instead of just handed me a cake telling me this is it? No sorry y’all are very wrong and need sum more job skills very unprofessional just don’t waste your time with this place?
