We placed an online order that THE STORE CANCELED, but we were told we had to come in person for a refund, even though we paid online. As college students in Atlanta without a car, this was a huge inconvenience. When we got there, staff refused the refund because we didn’t have the physical card (we entered the number online). They were dismissive and unhelpful, and didn't seem to be too concerned about us getting our $90 back. Customer support never followed up despite multiple calls. We finally got the refund, but the experience was frustrating and poorly handled. When money is exchanged for a good/service, the responsibility is on the business to either fulfill their end of the transaction, or make sure the money is returned. It is NOT on the customer to chase them down.
What sort of ice cream shop closes at 5pm
Old ice cream straight up
Horrible service. They don't refund your drink even if it's made incorrectly... Horrible location. Homeless people all around the building.. it's a big NO
I've heard of establishments limiting the use of their bathrooms to customers only but I've rarely seen them refuse bathroom service to even paying customers I wanted to wash my toddler's hands before we had ice cream but they said that they were both out of order which I know is complete BS. They gave me sanitizer wipes as if that was a suitable substitute. You should be able to provide restroom service to your paying customers.
Stopped in to get some ice cream, but needed to use the restroom. They told me the restroom was closed. Yea, they are just too damm busy to clean the restroom. That's ok,they lost my sale as well.

Super irritated! I went in there to order a sundae and the guy seemed as if he had no idea what I was asking for. He eventually made it and the almonds were so STALE it tasted like they’ve been in the container for years. I’m so annoyed and would’ve much fathered going to McDonalds to spend $1 on a hot fudge sundae.
