Super irritated! I went in there to order a sundae and the guy seemed as if he had no idea what I was asking for. He eventually made it and the almonds were so STALE it tasted like they’ve been in the container for years. I’m so annoyed and would’ve much fathered going to McDonalds to spend $1 on a hot fudge sundae.

This Duncan Donut is pathetic!! I went in this morning to get my usual coffee cake, apple fritter, and Boston Crème... and this was at 7:30AM In the 1st case there was absolutely nothing... that is where the apple fritter and coffee cake would be. I inquired about the apple fritter and coffee cake and was told they close at 11am..... well my question is WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING? They are a donut shop...and this is not the 1st time!!So Dunkin' Donuts if you pay any attention at all to your reviews you need to know this.... The next time I go in there at 7:30AM and you are out of product IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I STEP FOOT INTO YOU STORE!!!! Ed Taylor 404-405-9353

Very unsatisfied with the taste. I know my Dunkin and this was not it. My caramel macchiato did not have caramel and they forgot about my food. I just hope that they do better. Otherwise, they were quick with making the coffee (must have been bc they forgot the caramel...). Thank you

rude service, also forgot the caramel in our drinks. my friend was also very unsatisfied with her meal and drink :( :(

I absolutely love my morning routine of going to this Dunkin'. The family and team that own and run this location are so friendly and welcoming. Prompt, accurate service. Always a delight to go here!

Something off at this location. It's always clean but you never see same employee twice. The layout inside. Total bottleneck. Mobile orders are no exception. Quality of food? This is if there is any. Thursday morning at 8am, I would expect the pastries to be stocked or maybe out of an item or several. Instead, there wasn't a dozen doughnuts available at all. Only a few old fashion & handful of various bagels. When I asked the employee is more were coming out or if they had a surprise large order. He just said no and proceeded a well rehearsed canned response with directions to Publix. Still baffled, I lightly asked if something went wrong in kitchen. No. He was young and it was likely not his fault but the general malaise made it apparent this is just a normal day. As I proceeded to go down the street to competitors as directed by staff, I looked at ice cream & overly ripe bananas. This place should be a goldmine in summer heat, high rise construction on multiple blocks, plus, the residents of high rises and neighborhood that already exist. Something is just a miss. Hopefully, my critique / opinion is found helpful because there are few breakfast options for work days.

I got a free refresher using the app. They gave me lemonade which I was very appreciative since there's usually an extra cost. I'll definitely be back since the service was fabulous!

BEST Dunkin in midtown. I'm in there regularly and the customer is amazing each and every time. Employees are friendly, kind, and approachable. Order is correct 100% of the time.

Bugs and flys in the food case. Not clean. It was gross. Used the bathroom and it had paper towels on the ground.

This place is trash, which is impressive because it just opened last month. Behind the counter was disgusting, service was awful. When I walked in an employee was sitting in the lobby on the phone while 3 kids played in the back. I assume it was an employees children considering no one else was dining in.
