This place is never open, no matter what their hours say. When we show up at 8:00 and the closing time is supposed to be 9:00, he gets so rude and says they’re closed. Absolutely terrible way to run a business.

Kroger was close by so bought vanilla chocolate and strawberry. Now we can have ice cream all week

What a shame. I wanted some Daiquiri Ice ice cream to surprise my husband (it is his favorite). So of course I grab a pint of my favorite, Mint Chocolate Chip. I get home and open my pint and you can see by the picture it shrunk or had been opened. I called and received no answer and voicemail was full. I contacted corporate (email is the only option). So drove back to the store for a refund. They tried to exchange it, but the next pint looked worse and wasn't even green, but was in the mint chocolate chip container. Asked for a refund and they called their manager that was supposed to arrive in 5 minutes. Waited 10 minutes to receive my refund. What a shame that a classic summer treat can't be easy or fun anymore.
Just went there at 7:10pm. Google maps said they closed at 8pm. No one answered the drive thru so I went to the door. Both doors were locked. I knocked on the door. One of the two workers that were in there cleaning looked up and said they we're closed. Maybe they need to update their hours online cuz this was a waste of my time!

This is THE WORST Baskin Robbins! Every time I go here, when I pull in the drive thru they tell me they don’t have the flavor I want. Today I decided to go in.
