Food is amazing. Focccia and mozzarella to die for. Tables are really close together. I honestly wish I just sat at the bar. The server can barely professionally wait on the person facing the green booth since they’re at their back unless you’re at the ends.
Portions are really well sized. Price points are high though

Top choice vibes. You don’t think the mozzarella flight with have enough variety, but man it’s awesome. We had a cheese pulling demonstration. Drinks are a solid volume pour. 10/5, honestly.

This was our first visit and we’re very impressed! This is a quaint restaurant with neighborhood vibes. The food was exceptional from the luxurious burrata to the fresh focaccia, pork belly bao bun, super surprisingly great cabbage, pork shank and chicken. Kudos to Chef Neal, a rising star in Atlanta!

Great atmosphere and the service was top notch. Food was pretty good, but doesn't seem like a great value. Portions are pretty small. Best served as a dinner spot when you want something light.

I stopped by Bastone around aperitivo hour and ordered the short rib pasta. It was absolutely rich, flavorful, and comforting. It really hit the spot. I wasn’t too impressed with the cheese board selections during that time but the full menu has plenty of other great options to choose from. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a cozy and satisfying meal.

This place started with the wrong foot, on my arrival they had a valet parking station but no one there so I proceeded to park myself, after 3 minutes after I parked a guy comes and says is valet parking $5. I got a bit angry since I parked myself……. When I picked my car it just got moved to perpendicular parking instead of parallel, I got my key but there was no starting my car, opening my doors…… (what kind of valet parking is this ?)
Now on the food.
As starter we got focaccia, burrata , some Italian meat and olives, the olives were a little bit old I could tell , the focaccia was actually decent and freshly baked or at least refreshed nicely before serving, burrata was not that creamy as you would expect I imagine is because it is bought at Costco seemed very similar to the one at Costco.
Main course: the wheel cheese caccio Pepe the visual impression of the fire on the cheese is actually quite nice, but once you take the first bite…… BLAND!!!, I had to order salt to make it nice salting it improved it but it didn’t shine, when you cook pasta you are supposed to cook it with salted water or else nothing you do will it will
Make it nice. Don’t think I’m coming back or maybe will come back for a different main course because the pasta in terms of taste didn’t deliver at all.
Service by my waiter was ok though.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day night at Bastone! All of the employees, from the hostesses to the waitstaff, were friendly, polite, and on point. The ambiance was great and fun; the bathroom was clean.
The food was fantastic. You cannot go to Bastone and not try their mozzarella tasting — my favorite was Fatt Amano. Also the ciabatta was MAGICAL!

The mozzarella tasting board with the bread was out of the world delicious and luxurious. Mussels were equally mouth watering delicious. We were extremely disappointed to get charged $2 for an ice rock in our cocktail and $5 for still water. The mgr apologized about couple of service issues. Have to give thought of a return visit.

I was really excited to try this restaurant for my birthday. We had made reservations about two weeks in advance. When we were greeted, they told us they didn’t have tables available inside that we’d have to wait until one cleared or we can sit outside. The table was nice, however small, and it had a heater as well outside. Though it didn’t have the same ambiance as inside. Don’t visit this place unless you are not on a time constraint overall the food was good, but not great and for the price. It definitely could have had more substance and flavor on the plate. It was overpriced, but still a good meal. The service could’ve been way better and made it a great meal but without good service, you can never have a great meal. The bread and olives was the star of the show. I’d go back for the bread alone! Still a good experience!

We went in for an early anniversary dinner. Bri and the staff treated us like royalty! We tried the mozzarella tasting… not one bite that wasn't amazing. We did the in cacio e pep table-side pasta. Such a great experience. We have dined here previously and we chose to come back to celebrate a special occasion because the service and the food are some of the best in Atlanta! Thank you Bri and all of the staff on tonight! Cheers!

Came on a Friday night in January with reservations and they told us they only had patio seating which they claim is heated. Already annoyed with this but still decided to sit on the patio. The heater above our table wasn’t working and the floor heaters were already in use at other tables.
Our waitress then proceeded to get us the wrong bottle of wine and went to grab the correct one, but this was only the start as she was all over the place the entire night, never updating us on the status of our appetizers, charcuterie, or entrees. Spent close to an hour waiting for just an appetizer only to have her forget about the charcuterie, which they then brought out on a starter dish with everything stacked on top of each other.
The entrees were fine but the overall service soured the experience. There are plenty of other places to get Italian food with better service in Atlanta.

My experience at Bastone was nothing short of amazing. I sat at the bar and enjoyed a number of different things.
Garlic shrimp, salmon crudo.. the focaccia, the fresh mozerella & more. It was all 10/10 for me.. even the drinks !! Chef Kelvin was super informative and his passion for food & Bastone did not go unnoticed. Stop thinking and just go!!!
What’s better than charcuterie and fresh pasta. ? Exactly
