I was alittle dissatisfied with my experience. The host and the ambiance was awesome. The live entertainment was great but the service was horrible and because of that the food wasn’t good!! Basic serving etiquette like having eating utensils prior to food being served as well as refilling of beverage. I spent 1500 for a party of 18. The server wasn’t equip to handle a party of this magnitude. Cold food being served , lack of info regarding ordering of items, reheated food instead of RECOOKING it, guest Receiving appertizer after entrees , guest notReceiving ordered items, I emailed the manager a week ago and I’m still waiting on a response!!!!

I arrived slightly late but was promptly seated by the polite hostesses. This was my first time at Batsi but I've heard good things. The layout is very deep artsy sultry vibes. It's pretty and highly Instagramable. I was worried it would be crowded on a Friday afternoon/evening, but I believe we hit a sweet spot in timing so it wasn't overwhelming at all. The drinks were delicious. Not heavy pours but appropriate for a restaurant and the costs ranged from ~$15-$30 for signature cocktails. The drinks do take a little while to come out but the food was very quick. I had the salmon which was tastier than I expected. Very good. I love restaurants that ask how I want my salmon cooked because it makes a difference. On to the entertainment! The first dancer came out after 9pm. She did spectacular and was engaging, dancing with us in the crowd.Batsi is definitely a fun spot for both after work vibes and special occasions. Definitely trendy so if you want to be on the scene but not trying to capture it all on your phone come early. And if you out for a super fly place to fill your IG out TikTok, def come after 8pm for a great time.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are limited, however there are some dishes that the proteins can either be removed from or that come without.Parking: Valet is $10, $20 for up front parking. It appears to be the only parking designated for the establishment.Kid-friendliness: I believe this is a 21+ spot so no kids allowed.

Atmosphere is amazing!!!! Vibe is there. I had the cream Cajun pasta with chicken. It was a bit salty. However the vibe is definitely 10/10There is a 20% gratuity added to all meals & parking is $10.

The ambience is nice - beautiful decor, great (but typical) ATL vibes, good music/DJ and fun entertainment (dancer and hookahs). Drinks were also really good. However, the service could be better. We came on a Sunday at 2pm. Surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded. But for some reason it took 30mins before someone came to our table to greet us and take drink orders. I was very patient and did not want to ruin my date; hence why I did not say anything for 30mins. But the lack of attention carried throughout the time we were there. I asked for salt and pepper 2x and it never came. The shrimp and grits were okay. The French toast and avocado toast were also “okay.” Veggie omelette was a typical omelette. Their dinner menu is better.Please focus on giving quality service to your customers.

This has been my second time here. The first time was on a Saturday. Pretty busy and packed. The dancers were available after 8:30. Also, on the weekend, this restaurant does $10 valet, I.D. check and bag check. I went yesterday, which was a Tuesday very slow. The dancers aren't available through the week. But the ambience was still great. The drinks are good and strong, and the food is delicious. 10/10 I recommend

The ambiance is everything. It’s definitely a special occasion spot. So pricey is an understatement. Lamb appetizer was cooked perfectly and my drink selection was great “Morning wood”.

The food was good but the service needed a lot of work. Our waitress was the only one working the entire side of the restaurant. She was pregnant and doing the best she could under the circumstances but I don’t see why a restaurant would think it’s okay to have one extremely pregnant woman wait on a dozen tables without help. Also please note they automatically charge valet parking and have no respect for handicap parking.

The ambiance of this place is amazing and it looks so beautiful inside. The food was delicious especially the fried green tomatoes.Perfect place to celebrate my birthday. The service was great and the DJ played all the hits.
