For a place with an Atlanta address this place was very respectful. Had to call to get them to open the door for shipping office but I was in and out loaded in 1.5hrs

My appt was at 12pm. I got there at 9 30am and I'm loaded with 30 pallets and have my bills at 10 45am.. Good Job!! Thank you!! Some of the nicest ppl I met at a shipper.
Arrived at 10am for noon appointment was out at 1230, Everyone was nice and they have a bathroom. Wasn't bad.

Place has had me sitting waiting on 4 pallets from 10am to now 6pm and still going. And had to turn away another truck because they didn't have enough product for his load. This place is a joke. Office lady in shipping is nice as are rest of employees. But next time maybe if you know you're not ready to send loads out dont book them. This is ridiculous I'm just trying to make it home for Thanksgiving I should already be home but that didn't happen. If you're a trucker you better get alot of money before you come here or use a good broker that'll give you good detention because you will sit forever.
